Overall, this app is pretty stellar. It's a great tool for beginners who are looking to custom build their Shopify site. It's mostly intuitive, but there are some features that take getting used to. It would be great if there was a way to design mobile separately as you currently have to adjust each element to find a middle ground between the mobile and desktop view. Otherwise, excellent app and integrates nicely with Shopfiy.

The app is great for setting up landing pages for marketing. Really loved how quickly I could turn around pages for our marketing team without having to write out new pages in liquid or build dynamic themes. But, the best part of this app has to be the support. I gave some pretty specific questions and not only were they answered by the team, but I was given specific links to shopify to help me solve them despite this not being shopify support. I was also given detailed information as to what my problem was and why in developing my page and add to cart button. Thanks Justine and Joseph!

This app is really easy to use (the drag and drop features are fantastic). The support team is also very knowledgeable and efficient and issues are usually fixed very quickly. The webinars they host are also really helpful!

Well, first of all, the Shogun App is a game-changer. Super simple to learn and gives you the ability to customize your site like any other top-level website builder. On top of that, you get superb customer service. I had an issue that I needed to be addressed in the evening and I received reply within an hour. I fully expected to be on standby for a min but much to my surprise and delight, Justine was there for support immediately. That level of service is hard to come by. HUGE!

Coming from wordpress and divi environment it is sometimes difficult to get creative with the teams. Though Shogun is on it's way to close this gap. There is still a lot of improvements to be done to be even more flexible, especially on responsiveness side. Shogun has offered great support so far, most of the times responding within the hour. Hopefully they keep up the good work and improve the builder.

These guys are great. I had an issue with video play on mobile and they jumped right on it. escalated it and got a solution within 24 hours. Love Shogun!

It has very strong features, done several pages with it. Had an issue with the name of the page showing up on the top of the page on the website. Talked with Andre and we solved the problem by seeing the page to the default setting, what eliminates the issue, when you take the theme live. Thanks Andre!

I trialed Gempages, Shogun, and Pagefly page builders. Shogun is the one I will continue using. Gempages was frustratingly slow and I didn't even get three days through the trial before uninstalling. Pagefly is a close second with great performance and the best variety of modules. Shogun won out because of the direct support they give with a personal customer success manager. (Thank you for all your help, Charles) It performs the best and is by far the easiest to use which translates to faster pages. The ability to organize, restructure, and move modules is so much easier than the other two I tried. My only criticism is the lack of the ability to directly modify the HTML or CSS within the app. Not enough of a mark to knock my review down a star. This app will be the backbone of a pretty major website overhaul and it's a pleasure to use.

The app has a lot of functions, and makes it quick and easy to design pages that look more like what I want to see, outside of the limitations of our Shopify Theme, without paying a developer. And their customer service was quick to respond and efficient.

We use this app to build some of our pages and to edit others. It's so helpful that I can edit even pages that I didn't use Shogun to create! Super simple and easy to use. When I reached out to their support team when I couldn't find a page of mine (that hadn't been created on Shogun), a support specialist responded within MINUTES to help out with my issue. He had already researched my specific issue for me and sent the solution, including links. Wow. Thank you, James!!! And thank you, Shogun! :)
