What an amazing app...! Not only is Shogun the easiest and most affordable page builder app out there, but their customer service is really what makes the most out of the experience. They always respond very quicklly and come up with true support for your best interests. A true example for Saas and apps alike. Can not recommend this app enough!

Everything that Shogun does is super basic. Its Elements library has not grown for ages. All one can do is create basic pages. There are no modern-looking elements that can really add design value to the store. Apps like SectionsCloud have taken the design to the next level whereas Shogun Page builder is like 2 years behind when it comes to offering quality content blocks.

Very intuitive app that works really well with customizing pages for Shopify. We have been able to stay on brand and love the ease of use. Had to reach out to support with one issue. Max was very quick to respond and provide a fix. Very much appreciate the great service!

This has allowed me to upgrade my product pages with content and features I wasn't able to do through any standard Shopify theme template. It took a little practice to get it the way I wanted it to look, but once I got the hang of it it was easy to use. We tested on one product and now we're ready to roll out across all our products. There were a few tweaks which I was unable to do myself, but Max the Technical Support was really quick to get back to me and fix any issues I had in getting the page looking perfect. If i could give extra stars for support I would.

I just really wish they were upfront and direct with accurate information pertaining to the product offering. I suggested review of mis directed information and found myself to be the QC instead of the customer. Leading to the idea that I would forever be the Project QC manager and that is not the role I am to play. I now have to undo all the code (which also was never suggested by the developer to duplicate the theme prior to installation) There was just a push to install and setup. I did wait on parts of this as I was finding their disinterest in recognizing the standing issues in their software. I hope they take the programming and feedback more serious in the future. I would love to see a change in the final updated product when it is out of beta release as well as a better attitude towards the people providing research to the errors in their programming instead of them stating they do not exist.

Been using Shogun for over a year now and it has allowed us a great amount of design flexibility that we otherwise would not have had. Recently had a great experience with customer support as well. Highly recommend.

Overall, this app is pretty stellar. It's a great tool for beginners who are looking to custom build their Shopify site. It's mostly intuitive, but there are some features that take getting used to. It would be great if there was a way to design mobile separately as you currently have to adjust each element to find a middle ground between the mobile and desktop view. Otherwise, excellent app and integrates nicely with Shopfiy.

The app is great for setting up landing pages for marketing. Really loved how quickly I could turn around pages for our marketing team without having to write out new pages in liquid or build dynamic themes. But, the best part of this app has to be the support. I gave some pretty specific questions and not only were they answered by the team, but I was given specific links to shopify to help me solve them despite this not being shopify support. I was also given detailed information as to what my problem was and why in developing my page and add to cart button. Thanks Justine and Joseph!

This app is really easy to use (the drag and drop features are fantastic). The support team is also very knowledgeable and efficient and issues are usually fixed very quickly. The webinars they host are also really helpful!

Well, first of all, the Shogun App is a game-changer. Super simple to learn and gives you the ability to customize your site like any other top-level website builder. On top of that, you get superb customer service. I had an issue that I needed to be addressed in the evening and I received reply within an hour. I fully expected to be on standby for a min but much to my surprise and delight, Justine was there for support immediately. That level of service is hard to come by. HUGE!

Coming from wordpress and divi environment it is sometimes difficult to get creative with the teams. Though Shogun is on it's way to close this gap. There is still a lot of improvements to be done to be even more flexible, especially on responsiveness side. Shogun has offered great support so far, most of the times responding within the hour. Hopefully they keep up the good work and improve the builder.

These guys are great. I had an issue with video play on mobile and they jumped right on it. escalated it and got a solution within 24 hours. Love Shogun!

It has very strong features, done several pages with it. Had an issue with the name of the page showing up on the top of the page on the website. Talked with Andre and we solved the problem by seeing the page to the default setting, what eliminates the issue, when you take the theme live. Thanks Andre!

Terrible experience and non-reliable. For the second time in 3 weeks the shogun app is down - we cannot open. And our homepage that is built on shogun is completely broken! I've been left without any answer from customer support.

We believe that this could be occurring because you may be logged into multiple Shopify stores at the same time. This would explain the issues that are being experienced. This can be confirmed by opening Shogun within that store on a fresh browser or an incognito window. Terrible app to use, functionality in-app v poor. Pages do not load quickly and holding pages have no exit option. Do not use.
