Love Shogun! It has really meant we can up our game in terms of page design, without using an agency. I recently had a formatting issue, reached out to the Shogun team via live chat, and the service was brilliant. Super quick to connect, friendly and all sorted in 5 mins. Very pleased and happy to recommend it.

Top top. It is not EXTREMELY easy to use but it is doable, and their customer service is top top! I will continue using Shogun, and recommending it.

I've been using Shogun for 6 years and fully recommend to any Shopify store that wants to customize webpages for their site. Super responsive customer service and they even host interactive webinars on ocassion. Great team and product!

I love the flexibility that shogun offers when designing a site. It's just a deeper level of customization and expression than regular shopify themes. (To my knowledge) Easy to use. Well built for developing between mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop. Takes a little bit to learn how to do exactly what you want to do. I'm somewhat computer smart, and found this app intuitive and effective. Give it a try for sure.

I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it. Shogun has totally lifted my website (I was previously using a free Shopify template)! I'm not an IT guru, but find the page creator easy to navigate using the Shogun guides. The customer service has been outstanding! Easy to book using Calendly, and Sweetan on the Support team is so very helpful. He has been very patient and taught me how to use and get the most of Shogun, including how to use and get the benefits from Sections. I would highly recommend.

We were experiencing an issue on our on of our pages. Images were spanning beyond the width of the page. Reached out to Shogun support and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Awesome support! This was the only issue I have come across thus far.

I am so grateful for the help that I received to reconfigure images on a landing page. Leah was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to address the issue. She even recorded a video explaining how to fix the issue. I am extremely happy with the support!

I've been using the Shogun app for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with their customer support and response time. It's not every day that you come across an app that excels in both functionality and customer service. Whenever I've encountered any issues or had questions about the app's features, their support team has been nothing short of amazing.
