Has lots of customisation options that are lacking with Shopify's editing tools, which was the main reason I got the app to start with. Customer support are always great and get back to you pretty fast. I send them lots of questions and then always answer in a timely matter.

The Shogun app is so easy to use. But I did run into a problem with an image that wouldn't download. I contacted Shogun Support - they did it for me and even sent me a link with instructions with all the steps to do myself. Great customer service!

Colby was quick to respond and FIX an issue I was having with buttons I added to a page. He also took the time to look over the entire page and make sure it had no other issues. Great support!

I used this app originally to build a landing page for my website and once I got used to it after playing around for a while and watching the demos I found it really easy to use and really versatile, allowing me to build a highly professional landing page that I'm really happy with. Now I'm continuing to use it to improve the quality of the standard pages on my Shopify website as the standard functionality is so limited. It's perfect for this as it just imports your existing pages and lets you edit them then republish them with a click. I just now had an issue with a video not playing and Charles from customer service fixed it within minutes of my help request. He explained exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend!!

Customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. Prompt, helpful responses and they go the extra mile to solve your problems. Highly recommended.

Second update, I have bumped it back up to 5 because I know how much reviews mean. They addressed the issues and all is well. I still warn to be careful with any coding with their app, make sure you follow things correctly otherwise youll be in a huge mess Update: Still experiencing major issues with yotpo reviews populating on my pages. This has been nothing but a waste of time and money to try and resolve and shogun isn't helping. Do NOT use shogun for a product landing page on your theme Tough rating because I like everything you can do with building pages although its very time consuming to make adjustments for each display option. I've also had a major issue with reviews not populating and have had to pay a developer a good amount of money to try and resolve a coding issue for reviews to populate on shogun pages. It's honestly been nothing but a pain and wasted time and money. I hope to update my review once they resolve this.
