For someone like me, who knows what they want but knows almost no programming- it really is the BEST!

Great tool for a company that does not have developers. Especially great support when something goes wrong. Their rep Alex Harper saved a couple projects that were coming down to the wire and helped me make a deadline.

Exceptional support. Proactive and focused on problem-solving, the staff members contribute significantly. The app is deeply integrated and fully functional, consistently driven to update its functionality. It's not cheap, but the value you receive in return is substantial. In my opinion, it's the best tool you can get!

I emailed the helpline from Shogun with an issue I was struggling with and I received a very prompt reply from James who understood my issue and gave me a couple of different steps to be able to solve it right away.

I encountered an issue, and upon reaching out, they responded promptly with a Loom video that not only addressed my concern but also provided a clear step-by-step guide to resolve it. Andre is the man!! He was patient and he tested the page on the mobile browser where I was having the issue. He then figured out the issue which was caused by a mistake from one of our team member and sent me a loom on what is happening and how to fix it. Thanks Andre for your patience and your help.
