Exceptional support. Proactive and focused on problem-solving, the staff members contribute significantly. The app is deeply integrated and fully functional, consistently driven to update its functionality. It's not cheap, but the value you receive in return is substantial. In my opinion, it's the best tool you can get!

I emailed the helpline from Shogun with an issue I was struggling with and I received a very prompt reply from James who understood my issue and gave me a couple of different steps to be able to solve it right away.

Having recently started using Shogun for the first time, my initial experience with their support left an outstanding impression. I encountered an issue, and upon reaching out, they responded promptly with a Loom video that not only addressed my concern but also provided a clear step-by-step guide to resolve it. If their support consistently delivers this level of assistance, I'm genuinely pleased to have chosen Shogun for my landing page needs.

Andre is the man!! He was patient and he tested the page on the mobile browser where I was having the issue. He then figured out the issue which was caused by a mistake from one of our team member and sent me a loom on what is happening and how to fix it. Thanks Andre for your patience and your help. You saved the day!

Support team is always on hand to help troubleshoot any challenges I have - most recently, Jill and Sweetan were able to help jig some code in my Shopify store that was causing an issue with how my Shogun Sections were displaying. It's refreshing to be able to chat to 'real people' who were prompt in their help!

I had some problem in using Shogun today, and I send the message to the help team in the chat box. I did not expect the guy called Sweedan provided me a very specific and clear solution to me. His response is beyound my expectation, including texts, video etc, super clear . It hepled me a lot, I am very appriciated for that!

Support is top notch! I was struggling to figure out a mountain's worth of edits I needed for a few pages and once I got in contact with their support email, Leah went through and made all the changes I needed very quickly and thoroughly. I am very thankful for her help!
