Incredible app to test out new page designs with amazing customer support that came to our rescue when something stopped working suddenly.

I've been using this app for more than a couple of years now. It's an excellent app with excellent features. Andre and the support team gave me 5 star customer support. The only downside is that it's a little bit pricy.

We've had a great experience using Shogun. We built a beautiful homepage and landing page quickly and had great support from the customer service team. They helped us with any issues we ran into promptly and even jumped on a few video calls to take us through some training. Sweetan has assisted us a few times and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Their online tutorials and community posts are also a great help, thanks, guys!

Fantastic product, but even more important.. fantastic customer support! I wish they had live chat on the starter plan, but email support is really responsive.

I Like the app, It has help me to build most of my website. Focused on visual building and non-code users I can say that this is pretty much what we needed from the beginning. I would appreciate the inclusion of more features in the future as always.

Shogun is a phenomenal app. Slight learning curve at the beginning, but after a couple hours you will have it down. Support team is awesome as well, always there to help with issues that come up. One of the best, if not the best, no code page builders out there. Can do pretty much anything with it and it is simple to use. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Hi, MOD Factory team! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. The loading screen that you encountered in the editor is a visual effect from your Shopify theme. The theme's loading animation was covering up the editable regions in the editor view. Our support team made a quick adjustment on our end to prevent the theme's loading animation from displaying in the editor. In case you missed it, an update of this adjustment was sent to you on the 12th. We're happy to see that you've since been able to create and publish your store's sign-up page using the Shogun Page Builder editor. Shoguns page builder was easy to use and beautiful on my website. Their customer support system was top-notch. The app is an overall hit- especially for e-com brands that want to take their store to the next level (where a theme might be too simple).

If you're thinking about a page builder then defiantly consider Shogun - fairly simple to use and when you have any questions their support is excellent and will advise you on the best way to sort any issues. They have made some really good suggestions and have made a real difference.

Great service and super speedy response time. Any time I have a query on how something works, or why something is not working the way I thought it would, the customer service is so clear and concise. Sweetan over the past week in particular has been been consistently helpful over numerous questions.
