Shogun is the best drag and drop page builder for Shopify! While it gets the job done, I feel there is still room for improvement after working in the past with other drag and drop programs in wordpress. In shopify, I tested them all, and this one definitely wins my vote!

This app is one of my top favorite apps on shopify. It gives you so much power with designing your website with drag and drop features, and you don't need to know any coding! It is truly incredible and such a powerful tool!! It really took my website to a whole new level!!! Thank you Shogun! I recommend you to everyone!!

5 stars ALL the way. This app has transformed our store and allowed us (with limited to no HTML or web design experience) to design our store exactly how we want. It has also allowed us to add elements (such as navigation, menus, dropdowns, countdown timers etc.) to our site in a uniform way. By far, this app is one of the apps EVERY store should have. Worth every penny and more!

Updated 2020 Review Wow, this app has come a long way since 2017. In 2017 it did the trick as a page builder, but the features, speed, everything has really improved. The drag-and-drop functionality is really good. Kudos, Shogun team and hope this continues to head in the same direction. Original review from 2017 The best page building app out there and an essential for anyone looking to pretty up their website. Super responsive support and these guys are working hard to add new features all the time. The only thing remotely close to a complaint is this app is so valuable that it really should be a build-in feature on Shopify.

Shogun is an awesome application, with easy-to-use/versatile features, and probably one of best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere (i.e. they will trouble-shoot, provide expert guidance, and promptly respond within hours... it's truly amazing). Thanks for your support Nick!!

This is perhaps the best app I have used so far. It is very easy to use. Anytime I find something that I think is going to need custom coding, I find a tutorial already written, not to mention that the Shogun team will get back to you very quickly if you need anything else. 5 Stars+++. I can't say enough good things about the app. It really offered everything that I needed to create a complex sales page without the expense of an outside developer.

Amazing app backed with awesome fast service. With this app we can achieve beautifully designed pages within our Shopify store. I highly recommend Shogun.

The best tech support, even before we subscribed to the app. I had some doubts about landing pages, and was answered in a matter of hours. After a few months, I needed to create some different pages and the tech support was there again, very helpful and friendly! We use the App for all our page needs: long form landing page, giveaway pages, and all the standard ones: about us, etc.

UPDATE 2024 - although the product is good. The price has unfortunately increased 300-500% ($69 pm to $250-500) to which is beyond excessive. Locked in as have pages built here. Expensive lesson to learn, would avoid. ----- Shogun is easy to use and we created most pages with it. The service is very good. When we have any questions we always receive support and an friendly answer even on the same day. In many cases, an employee from shogun fixed the problem for us and explained how we could deal with it the next time. Sometimes, the layout of the preview at shogun looks different then the published page (desktop and mobile). In addition to that, it is not that easy to create a page that looks good on every smartphone. All in all, Shogun is a very good program for people who would like to create pages very easily. I really recommend it!
Hi there, Josh. Thanks for sharing your feedback in the form of this review. I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the pricing changes we have had. However, this price changes have been in effect for a while now. I see your account was installed on our legacy plan that would have stayed if the app was installed. Having said that, when I look at your account I see that Shogun was uninstalled on December 15, 2023 and that removed the legacy plan. Our old plans were deprecated a long time ago and we don't have a way to move you back to them again. With respect to the price increase, a big part of this is related to significant changes to our product and company. We were a “page builder” for a long time; however, we’ve expanded our offering to include core optimization features, including AB Testing, Targeted Experiences (personalize content to audience), SEO tools for keyword discovery, AI-assisted blog generation, and page performance monitoring. We have removed page limits for any plan higher than the new Build plan and we have removed the user seat limits which means there are unlimited seats and there are unlimited sections as well. However, we appreciate your feedback and I am happy to share the same with the team. I see you are in conversation with my colleague and if you have any further questions please do let us know. Shogun is 5 stars to me, it is very useful at a fair price, and love customer support, the response times are fantastic, which is key to me.
