An absolute "must have" app for any ecommerce store- allows you to strike iron when hot- almost on a real time basis - to act on abandoned carts and recover sale- our conversion on abandoned carts grew 4X with Scout. Highly recommended!

Great app. Super useful. I love the alerts because it keeps our team on point on the most important calls we need to make at any given point. 1 on 1 relationships are key to our business so this app is definitely helpful. The support has been the best part of the app. I had an issue and they solved it within 24 hours.

This App has been great. I thought It would be help boost sales and it did! Scout made it easy to personally contact every abandon cart. We boosted sales in a big way (by over 30%) within in the first few days of using Scout. With real personal interactions we were able to convert every person that responded to our calls and texts. (our over-all abandon cart recovery is now at about 70%) Communicating 1 on 1 with potential customers also gave us super good insight into questions and concerns that customers had about our products that would have otherwise held them back from making that first purchase.

It's a very effective app, and they keep improving it! The timing (of abandoned carts) should improve though, but I still give it 5 stars because there's no other app I've found yet that's this fast in informing me of orders.

Very useful app, and a must have for any merchant. The almost realtime alerts of Abandoned check outs have been a life saver in the couple of instances where there was actually technical reasons for customers not being able to checkout, this benefit alone has seen us save our store from a couple of major issues, and ultimately saved us a lot of money. The dev support is fantastic and Ahmad is always there to help us with any questions and also offers a lot of beneficial tips with his apps. It's great to have Devs and apps that actually want to see you succeed.

one of the best APP there is out there for Shopify, don't be lazy learn how to use it. it helps give a real service on very critical moments that reflect conversions a lot! / and it's free what else can you ask. just say thanks to the people!!!

Scout is a really really great app to get in touch with your potential customers. I initially installed it to monitor my abandoned carts but it does more than that. It pings me the abandoned cart as soon as the customer leaves it. It constantly reminds me to call my old customers. It also informs me of the customer with the highest order value previous day. With just a glance, I know what is my customer's name and what did he/she leave in the cart. I can choose to call/whatsapp/email with just a click. Also, I can add as many team members as I want which makes it easy to share the logistics of calling/emailing customers. Above all it is free. No reason not to use it. Also, these guys take reviews/feedback really seriously and constantly work on improving it.

I always laughed when people said you can recover 50% and more of your abandoned sales. I always thought that people will buy OR not. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I could save so many sales until I started using Scout!! Man, you guys rock. I'm saving 60% plus of my sales because people only need some advice or a have a question that you can sort in a couple of seconds to save your sale. Wish I had this years ago already!!

Like the Raven app, this app is very useful. It can help me check who had abandoned their carts and I can send an email, call them back, or send them a text message to ask them what help do they need. This is a must have app. It's also very accessible because you can integrate this with your Facebook Messenger and get automated reports from the Raven chatbot. Try it. There's no risk. It's free!

I think this is a good app and it works well! Its been helping me to get some sales which i would have missed before! The only thing that could get improved is the connection to using whatsapp on the computer. Connection to the phone works fine though
