Scout has been helpful at many instances to recover abandoned customers instantly. We could recover 50% of our abandoned carts with Scout and would recommend to anyone who uses Shopify.

Scout is a really really great app to get in touch with your potential customers. I initially installed it to monitor my abandoned carts but it does more than that. It pings me the abandoned cart as soon as the customer leaves it. It constantly reminds me to call my old customers. It also informs me of the customer with the highest order value previous day. With just a glance, I know what is my customer's name and what did he/she leave in the cart. I can choose to call/whatsapp/email with just a click. Also, I can add as many team members as I want which makes it easy to share the logistics of calling/emailing customers. Above all it is free. No reason not to use it. Also, these guys take reviews/feedback really seriously and constantly work on improving it.

I think this is a good app and it works well! Its been helping me to get some sales which i would have missed before! The only thing that could get improved is the connection to using whatsapp on the computer. Connection to the phone works fine though

I would rather rate this app a 7/5. Its one of the main apps I use, which has tremendously changed the way we do business. Around 70% of the carts are abandoned. However with the help of Scout, we have reduced this rate. How this app helps is by sending a message on Facebook Messenger saying that someone has abandoned the cart and we can then directly approach the customer and ask why they've done so either by phone or email or WhatsApp. We being in the Middle East Region, customers mainly rely on trust and a call always makes them gain confidence in their purchase and you can close the sale. This app is a lifesaver for those looking to increase conversions significantly, and to understand why customers are abandoning their carts so you could make improvements to your website or the checkout process or if they have any questions or doubts they could directly speak to you and make the sale. Have a small shopify site, and managed to recover 2 abandoned carts with the help out scout! using the chat bot, you can ask for today's list of abandoned carts, or view up to the past 30 days. It gives you the option of contacting the customer who abandoned the cart, provided that they put the information in their cart textboxes! you can choose the option to contact them by email or number, the email is prefilled which you can edit but you need to send it out yourself! great app i would definitely recommend it!!

Just started working with it and I like it already because it reminds me right away to touch base with customer. I would give it 5 but I haven't worked with it long enough.

Having to sell higher dollars items scout has helped me increase my sales by 22%. The instant notification to my cell phone for abandoned carts allows me to talk to my customers when there most excited and ready to close a deal! Thank Ahmad and the whole team - Great Apps!

There's so much to do when building an e-commerce store and Scout truly handles one very important task - keeping watch of abandoned carts and alerting me with the information to potentially close those sales. This app is extremely valuable! I started in eCommerce in October of 2017 and my business took off. Abandoned carts are everyone's worst nightmare and at first I was inundated with abandoned carts with shockingly high values (some over $1,000). The built in Shopify abandoned cart email is either blocked by the customers email and/or ignored by customers as spam. Scout gives merchants a PERSONAL and effective way to connect with customers in a very easy to use platform (Facebook messenger). Customer are happy and surprised when you reach out personally and they become very willing to complete the sale. Automated cart recovery emails are impersonal and already what they are expecting. I have had great success with this app when taking the time to send a legit email. I have recovered over $10,000 of abandoned cart sales. For a free app this is ESSENTIAL!

We’ve been using scout and its helped us alot in speeding up the abandoned cart recovery. We just discovered their direct whatsapp feature and its simply amazing. To top it all , its completely free and the people behind the app are really supportive and take suggestions very positively. So how the app opertaes is that ever hour it fetches data feom the shopify store and sends you a personal message to your facebook messenger alerting you about the abandoned cart, and lets you call or message or whatsapp the potential customer instantaneuosly. Since we do alot of international business often Our customers have certain questions they wish to ask before they purchase the product. and since we get to call them and help solve their doubts in real time , it sure helps a great deal.

We've been using scout for our growing business and it is a great way to keep up good communication with our audience that feels personalized. Our abandoned carts convert at a much faster rate now!

What a great app!!! Can't say enough! If you wanna convert your abandoned checkouts, this is THEE app to have! Scout gives you tons of information regarding abandoned checkouts and how to convert them into sales. The developer is extremely helpful. His customer service is above and beyond anybody we've used in the past....and this app is FREE! Taking action as soon as a checkout is abandoned is the key to converting. Scout gives you the opportunity to do that! Plus, you get very professional scripts for calling or emailing the customer... so that helps with stage fright!!! This app really opened my eyes about how to handle abandoned checkouts!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!

Great app notifies me when I have an abandoned cart and reminds me to call that customer! What a great idea - I never thought to call abandoned cart customers.
