1. The product no longer works correctly. Parts work and other parts do not. 2. The interface is broken and is unusable. 3. I am afraid to remove the app before all the services are turned off because it may leave us in a worse unfixable predicament. 4. Support does not respond. I have 2 stores with the same issue. Big problem. Shopify needs to intervene.

Olá eu não quero mais esse aplicativo ele está causando horrores na minha loja, algumas pessoas do meu país não estão conseguindo acessar a loja, e eu também não consigo acessar a minha loja. Aparece um aviso que foi bloqueado pelo chop secure. Preciso que cancelem esse aplicativo quero que cancelem toddos os meus dados desse aplicativo.

Signed up for the $9 plan worked for about a month, now just the dreaded 404 page, but the $9 debit from our account works fine.

Once upon a time, it worked fine and they responded to a support request. Now, finding out by surprise, our website which supposedly blocked China is fully open to China. Nobody answers emails or web support requests. In addition, after removing the app, there is still a lot of code left on the website that is causing performance issues.

I removed this add and its code is still showing on my store and it’s causing errors in my merchant center, etc. can’t get a response from support

I managed to block my own IP address and don't know how to get access back. I am very frustrated with this service.

The worst application I've ever used without any response from developers or any explanations. First time I had an experience like that. On the other hand was my mistake as well, trusting such a small company and helping them to get a foot in the section of apps for shopify shops

App does not work. I had people in other countries try it, and they did not get blocked. in the access log, it shows them in the US, and they are not. they are not on a proxy either. their ip locally shows the correct country.

the app is not doing anything, blocked the countries, still the traffic is coming , uninsatlling, hope the remove their code from my theme.

It never worked. I had to constantly block IPs manually, even though their respective countries were blocked already. They blame Shopify, and the last CS rep was obnoxious. Dishonest practices. I want solutions, not excuses and attitude. This app is not working and they don't want to admit it.

Very bad customer service, no help at all. I’ve contacted support twice about 502 bad gateway issue which has already been 3 days. No help and no reply for 3 days now. Shows how keen they are to not assist with my current issue. I’ll be definitely disconnecting this app in the next 24 hours if resolution not received. I've installed app a little while ago, it worked first but it doesn't block IPs anymore and access logs useless also, stopped showing current date list of visitors to my store

I installed this app to try to block spam bots currently on my website and immediately it redirected my website to a page saying my country was limited, and I could not view my own website! Not good!!
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We regret the app uninstalled. However, we still want to check this issue the most clearly. So we saw that you were used the Whitelist feature with the USA. When you add a country to Whitelist, then all other countries will automatically get blacklisted without using the Blacklist feature. For example, it's unnecessary to whitelist the US then blacklist Brazil, since Brazil has already been blocked once the US is whitelisted. So we wonder if there's anything confusing in setting, leading to blocking your country access. Is the USA your country? Please check your country for me on your end and let me know the result of it. The App doens't block IPs from other countries. I Sent a lot of messages but I didn't have return. too many ips are coming into my store at once

I uninstalled it but still showing everything disabled. Due to this app, google console throw errors and doesnt show website in search

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE I DELETED IT AND MY WEBSITE IS STILL BLOCKED ! PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is an unfortunate misunderstanding. To increase performance, we have a script cache on the client for 15 minutes. After uninstalling you can Ctrl + F5 to clear the cache and check if the script still exists.

July 29th. I thought I would install it once more, just to see if they fixed the issues. This time I noticed they require access to each and every product's script tags. What are they doing with this VERY valuable information? Selling it to other store? I spend MANY HOURS coming up with my script tags, and there is no reason at all that an app, designed to block visitors based on their country, would need access to..well..everything they require access too. Yeah, I uninstalled it..again. June 11th review. I would rate this ZERO, but that isn't an option. So instead I will paste my email to "Support" (That's tough to type without laughing) and the response they gave. My recommendation: Go with literally any other app. My message to Support. I could have been more "clear", but surely I was understandable. Hello, I am having trouble with the country blocker app. I blocked all countries except for the U.S., which is the only country I ship to right now. I'm in Canada, but I understand that the app doesn't block administrators. I used an incognito browser to check if I would be blocked, and I wasn't. Then I opened up my VPN and set my IP to France. I opened a regular browser, and I was not blocked. Then I also tried an incognito browser, and I wasn't blocked. It is just that there is a delay after initial installation, and I need to give it some time? Support's response. Hi , The administrators of the website will not be block in any case. Can I ask why you would like to block admin of the website?
