Easy setup, but lacks multi-lang support :-( unusable for stores with primary audience not speaking English

Can you please add an option of an embedded/in-line form, not as a popup. Also, a form that opens up when a customer clicks on "sign up" or "get" button.

Yeah, it's a good start, but I'd also welcome multilang support as well as more granular control over the form's behavior. It would be great if the popup/teaser (whatever you've configured) wouldn't pop up for the rest of a session anymore after clicking the X button - so at least session persistence for visitors' wish to close it and not be bugged again. Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do, but some more tuning would be great.

Die App ist wirklich extrem leicht zu integrieren und ich bestätige, in 10 Minuten war das Banner am Start, ohne viel Gefrickel! Überhaupt nicht überladen, nur die wichtigsten Features einstellbar, genau so muss das sein! Die App wurde sehnlichst von mir erwartet und ist in diesem frühen Stadium schon auf einem sehr guten Weg. Sie schließt eine entscheidende Lücke hinsichtlich der Marketing Features, und das FOR FREE! Bitte weiter so und gerne weiter entwickeln! Ich persönlich bevorzuge grundsätzlich die nativen Shopify Apps und auch Themes, da sich diese einfach besser ins Backend und die Workflows integrieren, in den meisten Fällen keinerlei Kompatibilitätsprobleme auftreten und in den meisten Fällen auch stabiler "anfühlen". Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, denn es fehlen der App natürlich noch Funktionen, wie die Möglichkeit das Design noch granularerer anpassen zu können, die Anpassung der Anzeigefrequenz, etc. Und ein entscheidendes (Marketing) Manko gibt es noch: Wenn man bspw. als "Belohnung" einen Rabattcode auf die gesamte Bestellung einbettet, kann dieser bereits ohne Zustimmung und finale Bestätigung des Newsletters (via Double Opt In) verwendet werden. Der Kunde kann die Bestätigungsmail also einfach löschen und stimmt dem Newsletterempfang gar nicht zu. Besser wäre es, den Rabattcode erst dann anzuzeigen, wenn der Kunde im Double Opt In Verfahren tatsächlich zugestimmt hat. Natürlich erhöht auch dieser Ansatz zunächst die Conversion, keine Frage. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass all diese Features / Verbesserungen noch sukzessive kommen werden. Eine Bestätigung / Zustimmung im PopUp Formular wäre für mich in diesem Fall irrelevant, da auch hier das Double Opt In Verfahren bei der Newsletter Registrierung greift, man sich die Zustimmung also via E-Mail dediziert einholt. Somit ist man, natürlich nur bei korrekter Formulierung des Hinweises aus meiner Sicht safe.

Leider kann man keine Links bzw. Liquid / Html einfügen. z.B. unterhalb des Buttons damit die Datenschutzbestimmungen verlinkt werden. Es wäre super, wenn man an dieser Stelle auch die Links zu Rechtliches hätten nutzen können. {{privacy_policy}} Ebenfalls fehlt eine Möglichkeit der Checkbox vor dem Versand des Formulars. Beispiel: [ ] Hiermit bestätige ich, dass ich die {{privacy_policy}} gelesen habe. Meine Einwilligung kann ich jederzeit widerrufen.**

There is no translation option.... Guys, Shopify is multilingual, your app should be multilanguage compatible, that's a shame !

Hat einige Tage gut funktioniert und nun hat uns glücklicherweise aber natürlich auch zu unserem Ärger eine Kundin (mittlerweile weitere) darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass man sich nicht anmelden kann. Eine Eintragung sei nicht möglich und wenn doch dann kommt keine E-Mail. Daher nur drei Sterne! App aktuell deaktiviert.

Great app! I am only missing one setup element, after the customer close the popup there still is Teaser popup showing up. I believe this would be good to have a setting to have it closed. So once customer click X button on main popup the teaser popup doesn't show up. I know customers hardly want to click on anything so most of them will be browsing the website with unwanted modal on top.

It does not support multiple languages for multilingual website… very disappointed by the fact that shopify never takes this in consideration with all their apps…

Wasted 30 minutes with support with no result. This app does not work if you try to modify the content. It will not save. Clearly no UAT or pre-production testing was done before this was released. It seems we are the beta testers. 12/15 Update: Shopify product lead reached out to discuss the issues I was seeing with the app. They were able to reproduce the issue and released a fix today. I can confirm my initial complaint has been addressed. Thanks for the quick turnaround and attention to this issue. Ian

This is so disappointing; I wasted a whole lot of time setting this up. It doesn't appear on my site. I'm using Brooklyn theme, sad their app doesn't work with their theme and their support is rubbish. Why creating an app when you can't resolve issues?9

As is it is not really usable as it keeps on triggering even if you close it. If you can add better control over how often and for who it shows as well as translations of all fields then this would be a great app. But as it is now, can't really sadly recommend this even if I would like to.

I really enjoyed the App, only missing three essential things for me. - That the form appears as a pop-up in the center and then the trigger can be used - That the client's language is assigned to the one of origin - The ability to translate modules into store languages I will come back to use it if there will be these updates, in the meantime thanks!

In less than 5 minutes, we have an email pop-up form and a completely new segment of users to communicate with. It was so easy to get started and it looks great. It was really exciting to see updates from the beginning of the beta to the official launch, including the addition of built-in discounts. We're really excited to have this linked to my welcome emails and have a chance to collect new customer contact information!
