The popup does not get closed in iPhone, upon complaining customer care promised to help me, they said they're working on it and they will keep me updated, they did not provide any solution its been a month and they also haven't updated me on anything terrible experience.

Updating review Feb 27, 2024 Excellent overall. Does what it says, and thank you for listening to previous feedback and making changes accordingly. Some additional functionality like opting to NOT add a default tag to customers, or allowing to inject custom styles (the default mobile styles make the form nearly unusable) would improve the experience from a shop owner's perspective. -------- Previous review: Nov 5, 2023 Largely does what it says out of the box. But extremely frustrating that it basically ignores existing customers. So if you want t add a tag for example, it'll only work for new email addresses, making this a very limited use case app.

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. At this stage, adding tags to an existing customer is a limitation of the Shopify Forms app. As a workaround, you may be able to create a Shopify Flow workflow: https://shopify.link/6kox that can check your existing customer list for any that meets the tag requirements, and apply the tag that way. This would work on a case by case basis however, depending on your store's use case, but is definitely worth considering. You cannot access the answers for submitted forms by potential clients. Shopify Team has been contacted but they did not offer any help. Shopify Forms team was supposed to reach to us and offer help, but after 9 days, they also did not help. Do not waste time on this app. Get the alternatives.

It's called Forms, but should be called "A Form" I would like to see this app support multiple forms across the store. Right now, the app allows creation of a single form only. It does only one thing - create a pop up form to collect email sign ups on your store. A pretty useful and basic functionality, but it would be so much more helpful if more than one forms could be created.

You're able to add and remove fields to customize these forms for different purposes. So far the form builder itself is easy to set up and embed. Unfortunately, I cannot find where the completed data is stored within Shopify? The forwarding emails are incomplete and do not replicate the confirmation of data completed, and I cannot find where in Shopify this information is being stored for export. Just seems to vanish!?!

Hi, there! I'm glad to hear that you've found the forms easy to manage so far. The data collected will appear on customer profiles. Data for existing customers will be added to their profiles, and the Forms app will create a profile if the customer is new. You can find this data either under the Customers section of your admin, or by going to 'Apps > Forms', selecting a form, and selecting 'View segment' near the top right. Hi, there! Thanks for your review. After a customer accepts marketing from your online store, their email address or phone number is displayed on the Customers page in your Shopify admin. You can also find these customers by opening the app in your admin, selecting one of the created forms, and click "View segment" in the top right corner. La app es muy buena pero presenta problemas con Iphone para el cierre del popup. Agradecería si me ayudan a solucionarlo en mi web. El popup solo cierra si le das doble click. cosa que es perdida de tráfico

App keeps losing custom fields, which I have to keep re-adding when I notice customer data is missing. Not reliable enough for custom forms, other than default name & email, which is already built into the platform.

I'd give 5 stars if it would send me an email with customer-submitted info. Now you have to check manually the forms app. Might need to change to another app just because of that.

It's not good... You can't style any aspect of it. It has no canned values for State or Country even... Oh, and I can't even receive an email from the form... LOL

Great app for getting a clean nice looking popup on your website. The linking to discounts is really intuitive and easy. Plus it allows more customization than ones that come within themes. The biggest complaint is probably a bug. If you set up a popup as an exit popup it doesn't work. It just pops up after the timer and doesn't actually come up when the user tries to exit. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Because of that your better off using the theme popup or getting a different app.

This works perfectly. At last, I can embed an email signup on the footer every page, and collect not just the customer's email address, but their name as well, which is helpful for improved campaign open rates.

There is no way to get an email with whatever the visitor entered. In order to check whether someone used a form to ask for support or requested contact I have to go into the forms' app back-end every day and check for new submissions. Please add a simple "email summary" option. As a minor improvement, it would be nice to be able to change the font size of the labels. Other than that, it works well!
