The system's questions cannot be deleted, however they are always in English, ignoring the store's default language. Even if you delete the automatic response to write it in the store's language, the question is not editable.
Traffic from ChatGPT faded away after installing this app
Having to manually input every FAQ was not fun.
The pre-generated FAQ answers are wildly inaccurate! Things like the brands sold aren't pulled from the product listings. One answer even claimed we offer worldwide shipping though we only have two countries active! Furthermore, the questions and answers are always in English, even if you have a different default language, and lastly, why does this app even exist? Why do we have a bunch of JSON FAQs implemented, if none of them are used?
Lack of export/import extension, all FAQ had to be added manually. No translations or localisation. Import will add 2 star and localisation another one, so for starters ok, but can be done better, especially that Shopify generates file: sitemap_agentic_discovery.xml
Very easy to install and use the frequently ask questions I believe are very accurate waiting to see what kind of traffic is obtained but so far very happy
I don't know why this App gets negative reviews? Use this App for LLM FAQ's to drive more citations and traffic. Simple.
This combination of Agentic and Knowledge Base has the potential to far outstrip Google's suite of marketing tools, and at far less cost as well. Shopify looks to be on course to compete directly with Amazon, Ebay, TikTok and the rest.
Installed, and my Google Ads were disapproved due to malicious code being added to my site.
It's great that Shopify finally offers this natively! Unfortunately, the app is not yet multilingual, so it's currently unusable for us.

It works but lacks too many features to be really useful. Some examples: translations are not supported, there is no API to manage FAQs, the stats don't show the origins of the requests (OpenAI, Google, Shop.app, etc.), if your store or products don't shop up where they're supposed to, there are no recommendations or diagnostics, etc. etc., etc.
The documentation is not very clear but this is NOT a FAQ or Knowledge base that you can display in your shop. It is used by AI chat agents to answer questions that customers ask. Which AI chat agents? Your guess is as good as mine. @shopify - please update the docs and faq for this app so that others don't need to waste their valuable time trying to find this info on the internet.
Can I add all the FAQ's I created for Shopify Inbox without having to create them over again this app?
Looks great, does what it says but one question, the pre-written sections start as "The store" followed by what we do or provide. How should we structure the other ones? Should we start with the same format or can we answer as we want as log as it is concise?
Quite helpful and a very useful addition to our store.
