Welcome to the TapCart fan club! We have a VERY complex website with so many integrations that often conflict with one another. Usually, it takes weeks to get up and running with a new app on Shopify. Not with TapCart. It took 10 minutes to set up our app. Literally 10 minutes. It was the easiest integration — BY FAR — that we've added to our site. It's also been one of the easiest and most reliable tools we use on a daily basis. The team (Veronica, Christina, and Bobby) have all been incredibly responsive, helpful, and tireless in getting us answers to our many questions and custom needs. We love how flawlessly the app performs, how easy push notifications have become, and how fast our customer base is growing via this little beauty. The dashboard is incredibly easy to use and straightforward. TapCart takes care of most of the development side of the app releases and they are very responsive and knowledgeable. Our only big want is better / more specific analytics, which we hear is coming early 2022. Sending you all our love and confetti, TapCart!

This app has been a GAME CHANGER for us. Our customers love it and some will only order through the app now, they think it is so much more convenient. We have seen great success by utilizing the Multi-Page support and linking our how-to videos. It is very user friendly and easy to design and edit. Can't wait to watch our numbers continue to grow using this amazing app. So happy we decided to utilize this.

Using Tapcart has had a huge positive impact on our store and our online sales. Tapcart has absolutely transformed the way Shopify merchants operate. They made the integration process of our brand new app ABSOLUTELY SEAMLESS and provided me with amazing specialists and account managers to make this the most comfortable project/app launch for us. Megan was incredibly attentive to granular detail and had an amazing level of communication that helped our company maintain confidence and happiness in the launch process. To be honest, I definitely did not see the value in having a mobile app. When our employee brought it up, I was hesitant, but after our demo with Donovan, I felt a lot better about giving it a try. The whole onboarding and set-up process is a breeze and they are there for you through every step of the way. I am amazed at how successful we have been with our app after just 3 months. We already have 18k downloads and it has brought in over 10% of our sales YTD. Updating the app is super super easy and our CSM, Kenyon, is always there to help with anything we need. He is quick to respond and we always figure out a solution if any problems arise. I can talk so highly about TapCart every day. As technology is always changing, we have to stay innovative and change with it. A lot more consumers are shopping on their phone and offering an app with TapCart was truly game-changing. Highly recommend if you are on the fence!
