Why did you make it so hard to import existing templates? The Original Order Printer wasn't broken - why fix it? Ok, so fix it, but make it easy for your customers to use it by auto importing our existing templates. This is a nightmare.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your questions/concerns regarding the app. To migrate your templates, you need to copy your template's code from the legacy app, and then paste the code into the new app. However, the new Shopify Order Printer app has a slightly different implementation than the legacy Order Printer app. This means that some of your existing templates might not work initially, and you might need to make some adjustments to your template's code. Updated: Changed from 1 back to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to ensure templates were completely compatible with new version. They look and work perfectly without me having to do any additional coding. Happy to hear that Shopify (unlike some other platforms) takes the time to listen to their customers and work out the kinks. Very happy.

What a mess! Shopify constantly changes things for no reason, makes it complicated to adjust to a new app, doesn't provide the same features and usually results into having to pay more!

My template, even after importing does not even have basic things like shipping amts, totals etc. The time spent on this is crazy, wasted.

I have 6-7 different templates from multiple stores.. some of which were heavily modified for better functionality, and now nothing works properly. It will take dozens of hours to rewrite new / fix existing code. Shopify employees in charge of app and admin console changes should have hands-on experience of using them on a day-to-day basis, so they can see how it affects people running their stores.

A terrible app. I can not edit to print with logo nor print address labels. The date syntax is that of print date and not invoice date? Please fix it asap!!!!

WHY? Why would you subject us to such an app? Almost useless- missing data (SKU's), hard to read- too small font, no lines, etc. etc. etc. Going back to legacy for now then looking for something else.

VERY difficult to migrate, cannot find any way to customize anything. Instructions for migrating are lacking. Printer preview is not accurate. I've installed/uninstalled multiple times but cannot get setting to show as described in the instructions.

Definitely a huge step backwards. Now we can't select and copy multiple documents/orders at a time in the preview page. We used to rely on this every day, copying and pasting into a blank text editor to generate a packing list of multiple orders in a single page.

Garbage. Requires coding knowledge to change the template. I can do it, but it'll take an afternoon as it isn't something I do on a regular basis. This not user friendly and clearly, no one checked UX before pushing this to production.

I have custom invoice template design but this Order Printer app doesn't let me use it. Shopify will stop running the old Shopify Order Printer app soon which allows me to use the custom invoice template, and they are asking me to switch to this one. I don't want to switch to the worse ver. Please don't make things worse.

definitely not apples to apples here. they tell you to just copy and paste your old template but it just breaks other things on the template. there's no support too. why change something that wasn't broken?
