We've had a really positive experience with Shoplift so far. The platform is incredibly quick to get up and running, making it easy to launch tests without requiring extensive development resource. The LiftAssist feature is particularly useful for generating test ideas and helping prioritise opportunities, which has helped accelerate our CRO programme. We've been using a number of different A/B + CRO tools over the years, some are insanely expensive - with every feature under the sun, others are more reasonable but lack basic functionality. ShopLift has been that "goldilocks" for us with just the right amount of flexibility built-in (and more advanced API functionality). Our CSM Kristi has also been LOVELY to partner with and truly cares about what we're rolling out!

5/5 Kristi is top notch, expert level guidance on all things eCommerce and a/b testing. Shoplift has a small learning curve, but easily overcome after 1 session. Does all that we need in terms of testing, what else can you ask for.
