Shopney is by far the best app I have used for creating mobile apps for my online store. With its user-friendly interface and excellent features, it has made the process of building an app effortless and efficient. One of the standout features of Shopney is its customization options. The app offers a wide range of templates and themes to choose from, allowing me to create a unique and visually appealing app that reflects my brand. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to customize every aspect of the app without any coding knowledge. Although I havent published to the iOS App Store, the other aspect of Shopney that I really appreciate is its compatibility with both Android and iOS devices. This allows me to reach a wider audience and cater to customers who use different mobile platforms. The app also provides a seamless user experience on both platforms, with smooth navigation and fast loading times. In terms of customer support, Shopney is outstanding. The support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues or questions that I have. They have guided me through the process of setting up my app and have provided valuable insights on how to optimize its performance. Overall, I highly recommend Shopney to anyone looking to create a mobile app for their online store. With its easy-to-use interface, customization options, seamless integration, and excellent customer support, it is a top-notch app builder that delivers exceptional results.

I received exceptional assistance from Melissa. Initially, I enrolled in the trial and focused on familiarizing myself with the app's design and setup. However, I encountered numerous inquiries regarding app publication, developer accounts for Appstore and Google Play, revisions, credit card processing, Google Analytics, and various other aspects. Melissa adeptly addressed all my concerns, providing clear explanations that left no room for confusion. Thanks to her guidance, I now possess a comprehensive understanding and can confidently proceed to the next stage. Melissa, I am sincerely grateful for your invaluable support.

What I did not like about it? 1-If you choose bottom bar navigation you will not be able to fill the upper part of the app, and once you open the app you will feel the app is empty from the top, because there is a space, and this can not be fixed as per the team, 2-The app is quite expensive, and the plans are not flexible, you will pay a lot if you want to have even if the basic features, for Gold plan it must be cheaper, or else add more features, 3-Asking the customers to share the Apple ids credentials to upload the app, I had to purchase another year from Apple to make a separate account from my personal account so I can give them the credentials. 4-No ability to capture all the translations from the translation app But still, the app got 5 stars for the reasons below: 1-Making and changing the design is very easy and flexible 2-The flexibility to make changes as per the customer's request, 3-The great customer experience 4-After the submission, the app is very fast and has no lagging or loading issues 5-After the submission, the photos, collections and products are reflected in very high quality and the design is very professional. 6-Real-time synchronization with Shopify store is in less than seconds for any changes made even translation.
