They are very prompt and helpful with customer service. I have never experienced a time where they took a long time to get back to me about a question. The building of the app is fairly easy.

Our experience as a business with Shopney has been nothing short of great. They are a responsive team of ladies always striving to solve any issue you may present and provide solutions asap. The application itself is user friendly for customers and to work with in the backend , straightforward, simple. We can't thank the Shopney team enough for their great efforts, thank you ladies!

So far this experience been absolutely incredible. I searched a very long time finding the right app to publish my store on and I am so glad I chose them. Very helpful, walk you through everything and they don't sit back and let you waste you trial period. They help you push through publishing and getting it done so it doesn't go to waste. As this stuff can be tedious and hard for people, plus, take a while to get all the necessary information, I am glad they have the team to help through it all.

The setup is super easy, and customer service is exceptional. Setting up the mobile app on Shopney was extremely easy! And I tried nearly every other app builder before I decided on this one. I made the decision to use Shopney as the app looks beautiful and is so easy to use, with a lot of features - Defiantly value for money too. The customer service team are so helpful and responded back nearly immediately. I currently have Melissa submitting my apps Apple and Google Play, and helping me along the way.
