We have a fabric and notions business on Etsy and have been working on building up our website through Shopify. The complexity of inventory management for fabric-by-the-yardage required a lot of problem solving and constant adaptations both from business and operational aspects. Shuttle was a key addition to solving our syncing issue for variants that carry the same SKU. It also helps separate our unique offerings from the two selling platforms. It has been a huge learning curve and some bumps on the road but the support staff has been a godsend - shoutout to Nimo!

Shuttle has allowed us to easily populate our Shopify store with the products we have in Etsy. It also syncs our inventory which is so key and we can do things like add new products from Etsy to Shopify and update product prices, descriptions, titles and more as needed very easily. Without this we couldn't have so many products available in our shop due to the time required for maintenance. Nimo is so helpful and we appreciate that there are new updates regularly with extras that add even more value. Thank you!

The support I received when I was unsure about something was outstanding. I recommend this app if you are transferring listings between Etsy and Shopify - it will save you lots of time!

Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

It is the best app to use when trying to manage inventory in 2 store. Inventory is no problem with Shuttle.

Best support ever! We needed some custom settings for sync and they were super helpful (even during weekends). Best app for Etsy and Shopify platforms.

I STRONGLY urge you to state your live-chat hours clearly and visibly — including the time zone. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing when you’ll actually be back online. And when you do reply, please cover all possible details, since by the time we read your message, you’ll likely be offline again. The current experience is unnecessarily aggravating.

This app has changed the way we do business and made it so much easier. Now that we have switched to warehouse fulfillment, the stock and order syncer with Etsy is a game changer! I'm always impressed by the personalized and prompt support. I couldn't do business without Shuttle, thank you!

This was a game changer for us. As a business, we use Etsy as our main hub and database and then just rely on the automations of Shuttle to transfer everything to our website. If you are looking for a minimum input for maximum output app, this is the one for you. Nimo's customer service is quick and efficient and Shuttle is easy peasy to use. I've been using the Shuttle app for a long time and have been genuinely impressed. It has made transferring my Shopify listings over to my Etsy shop both intuitive and efficient — saving me hours of manual work. The interface is clear, the syncing options are flexible, and I appreciate the ability to customise titles, tags, and images specifically for Etsy. As someone who runs a handmade textiles business, it’s important that my listings retain their character and detail — and Shuttle has handled that beautifully.
