Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

It is the best app to use when trying to manage inventory in 2 store. Inventory is no problem with Shuttle.

I STRONGLY urge you to state your live-chat hours clearly and visibly — including the time zone. It’s incredibly frustrating not knowing when you’ll actually be back online. And when you do reply, please cover all possible details, since by the time we read your message, you’ll likely be offline again. The current experience is unnecessarily aggravating.

I would give this app 10 's if I could! This was my first time syncing a Shopify store to Etsy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the Shuttle app. For everything it does-from syncing orders and exporting reviews to transferring products-it's amazing how intuitive and streamlined the experience is. I expected to spend hours digging through documentation (as is typical with complex apps), but with Shuttle, it honestly wasn't necessary. The app's flow and helpful tooltips made setup incredibly easy-even for a nontechnical store owner.
