Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

I used this app when it was Etsify to transfer almost 20,000 listings from Etsy to Shopify. I tried a number of different apps and methods to do this but nothing worked because of variations and format errors in the transfer so I was very excited to find something that would actually work! It took a sustained effort over time since Shopify has limitation to how many listings can be uploaded per day, this is because of Shopify policy so no developer's app can overcome this issue. I've been using the new Shuttle app to update some of my listings and will import reveiws soon. So far it is a great upgrade with helpful new features. Huge improvement over the previous version (Etsify?). So much more feature robust and easier to use. Bravo!!

Great app. We've been using it for several years to send our listings from Etsy to Shopify. We don't use the inventory syncing but for simple transfers it saves us probably 40+ hours a month. I did have an issue recently where photos linked to variations weren't transferring over correctly. I got frustrated because I stopped getting responses to my emails after a few days. It turns out my ticket had accidentally gotten closed. So I know next time that happens to just open a new ticket as they are normally very receptive and answer emails quickly.

I have used (what was formerly Etsify and now Shuttle) since the end of 2018 and it is hands down an ESSENTIAL app if you manage an Etsy shop in addition to a Shopify Storefront! In fact if I only could choose one, this would be it. Don’t waste your time trying to find another app to manage transferring your reviews/products from Etsy to Shopify. This is the one you want to invest in. The interface is extremely simple and easy to use and the new features are PERFECT. I’d like to point out that the nearly 100% of any negative reviews Shuttle has gotten thus far have to do with “support” — which I can personally say has not been my experience at all. Nimo has been extremely helpful and responsive any time I’ve needed any assistance and I can tell that he truly cares about his work! As someone that manages all aspects of my own business (as I’m sure a lot of Shopify stores do) I think it’s insane that people are so quick to leave 1 star reviews undeservingly. Not sure if Nimo has help or not, but I think he’s doing a wonderful job to provide us with an absolutely innovative, essential tool at a fair price AND manage his support. I think Shuttle deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you so much for your hard work, Nimo! I truly cannot wait to see how Shuttle continues to evolve! The app works exactly as described, and the new layout is neat and easy to understand. The support I've received is EXCELLENT.

Love the changes they made with the conversion from Etsify to Shuttle. A lot of great features added! Only request is that they add the ability to sort the product columns. (i.e. bring all of the not transferred products to the top of the list).

I love this app. It's really helpful for transferring reviews from etsy to shopify, and with the new changes to Shuttle I can now assign reviews to specific products.

This app is essential for my business. It save us time and works great to upload all my Etsy items to my Shopify store. From all the apps I've used, this is by far my favorite one. I highly recommend.

I used this to import my 1000+ reviews from Etsy to shopify. It's very important that you create and use sku's. Once set up super easy to use.

I originally purchased this app for live updates from my Etsy shop to my Shopify but I did find out that I was mistaken, I will have to use their sister app, Syncr. As far as this app I have no problem importing my listings over from Etsy. The developer actually refunded me my $70 after finding out I needed it to sync. Although now I am doing more research I might go ahead and repurchase just because it was a fast and easy way to import. Whoops! Nimo was very quick to answer questions & follow up.

Absolutely INVALUABLE!!! Saves a TON of time!! Literally within seconds, my Etsy products can be added to my Shopify site. AND... my fav feature: being able to easily create a CSV of my Etsy customer reviews to use on Shopify! This is a HUGE confidence boost for my customers on my Shopify site!

I need help. The integration was easy however it seems this app only goes one way. I subscribed and paid the $69 for the app in order to integrate, however it seems the integration only goes from Etsy TO Shopify - which is where I manage all my products. I'll never create a product in Etsy first. I needed a software that will allow integration to go both ways. Does this product do that? UPDATE! The company reached out to me to address that they do in fact not offer integration from Shopify TO Etsy, rather only FROM Etsy to Shopify. They’ve also issued a refund for my purchase. Thank you for quickly resolving this for me! Also, if you’re able to make the integration go the other way...I’d love that! I thought what I did initially worked flawlessly.

Saved a lot of manual work. I was able to import all of my listings from etsy. I did not import my active as I will be using another application to manage these listings, plus they were already on eBay so they were already imported in using that eBay importer. I was able to import all of my deactivated listings which were all sold on 3rd party platforms - nice addition to my sold category. In order to import your sold - and your reviews - you have to move all of you sold listings to deactivated - a chore as you can only deactivate them one at a time. Once done, you can then migrate those listings to shopify and then you can import your customer reviews. Overall, well worth the sixty whatever dollars! You can see the results in my website at juststuffisell.com. All of the sold items are imported from etsy as are the reviews. If looking to just migrate data, I strongly recommend this app.

I don't write reviews to often, but felt compelled to write one for Etsify. I needed to sync my Etsy store to my Shopify store. The documentation was very clear on how to accomplish the task. I had to do a little hand tweaking afterward, but it wasn't the data's (apps) fault (GIGO - garbage in/garbage out). Today I imported reviews from Etsy. It was so easy. It took all of five minutes. I thought I would have to at least spend a few hours on it. I'm glad I have this app and definitely feels it deserves 5 stars! Thank you Etsify!

I can't say enough how appreciative i am to Nimo! Dealing with Yotpo trying to import my reviews to my Shopify shop was a nightmare. He has accomplished in one day what i've been trying to do for months because he implemented a fix so that i could import my reviews directly to Yotpo! Thank you so much for your help Nimo! Etsify is awesome! 02/17/26 It's been 6 years and still very happy with this app. Shuttle helps me keep my inventory synced between shopify and etsy and imports all my etsy reviews into my shopify store. It allows me to make changes and edits with ease and it's worth every penny! Anyone who complains or leaves a bad review has simply not followed directions or read the description of what they are getting. Thanks again Nimo! Shuttle is awesome.

I used this app to export my Etsy reviews to my Shopify store. It took me a little time to work through it at first, but the excellent customer service made the purchase well worth it. In my situation, I exported all of my etsy listings into shopify as a draft, and then I changed all of the exported product_handle with “find/replace” to the live shopify listings product_handle.
