I loved Signifyd when I started using them. Then they switched to reimbursement via credit towards your next invoice which doesn't really do anything to help. It just means you have to keep using them. Ok fine, the screening is still good. Most of my business is via repeat customers and the scams are pretty easy to identify so I decided I probably am not benefiting from my plan. I've tried reaching out to support via email for over a month now asking about plan options as I've had trouble justifying their usage. I've received zero replies. The ticket I submitted as medium priority was downgraded to low and I'll bet I won't hear back until the next billing cycle. It's going to be awkward when I have to issue a chargeback.

Wrongly turned off store syncing without our permission. Was advised it was because we didn't use the service, but upon further checking we did have it turned on and using it. Asked support to restore it and fix syncing transactions for guarantee, and they advised they did, but still not working.

Really great service. The support team is quick to respond to any inquiry. The platform itself is relatively easy to set up and has significantly helped to prevent fraud on out site. In addition, we use Signifyd to fight chargebacks which has freed up our time. Their order guarantee is an added plus. Highly recommend.

Interface is relatively simple to use. Unfortunately when you need them don't expect them to be there for you. We've been a customer of Signifyd since the app was new and have never filed for a chargeback claim reimbursement. We've used the guarantee for only orders that were concerning to us ('pay as you go' plan), but even those that were guaranteed never went to a claim so our account has been pure profit for them. We just found out that they decided to stop supporting the plan that we have been on and closed our account. They didn't send any notification that the account was going to be closed nor that it was closed, and no way to get it back without a $500 monthly minimum spend. Apparently small businesses aren't worth their time.

We have been partnered with Signifyd for quite some time now, and so far the level of service they provide with securing and protecting not just our business but the customers' safety in online shopping platform too, has exceeded our expectations. I have been using Signifyd for 4 years, they are good too much if you don't get chargebacks but if you start getting chargebacks from customers and they have to pay you then you will see the other face :( have a claim that was APPROVED on their terms on October 7 and now it is 12 days since it was approved and they did not reimburse me for the claim that they approved it for reimbursement.Wha is the point of paying them if you can't get protected when you need it?

We have been using Signifyd for a long while now. Earlier this year, they took the initiative to contact us since we were on a really old plan and they were looking to shift everyone off. Their team is very patient and transparent with us throughout the entire process. We had to get this approved by Upper Management and everything. Their team is very knowledgeable and it shows that they work and communicate very well. After the contract was signed, their implementation teams and the Customer Success Manager took care of us from getting everything ready on the backend to implementation. We did have a fraud attack a while back and this definitely did scare us, but their app took care of the fraudsters and their team did a great job explaining everything that was going on and resolutions for any issues that come up. I highly recommend Signifyd for your fraud protection needs.

This is an amazing app I use it on this store as well as 5 other branded stores. It is seamless and will block out 99.9% of fraud cases. On the .01% that you get a fraud chargeback Signifyd will refund you your loss. Highly recommended.

Signifyd has greatly improved our processing time on web orders by providing fraud protection. Less headaches figuring out what is legitimate and what is not. Fast processing of refunds as well.

The Signifyd team is very personable and easy to contact if you need to make any updates to the way they interact with your store. They strive to set up quarterly meetings to know what is coming with your business so they can prepare to support you adequately. I've been thoroughly impressed by all of the interactions I have had with their customer care team.

We paid Signifyd thousands of dollars over two years and every time we had a case of fraud that they supposedly guaranteed, they turned us down and refused to reimburse us. Basically we paid them a fortune and still had just as much fraud so we lost even more money. Read the fine print very carefully because they have so many loopholes in what they actually cover they will never reimburse your chargebacks.

We have to update the review, and they did contact us in the end trying to make things right. While not perfect, their app is rather accurate in detecting fraud.

I will update my review as they did reach to use to make things right, in the end. Things were clarified. It helps to really pay attention to their rules and requirements if you want to be reimbursed.

We only use them because they are the best option in this space. They have lots of reasons why they don't pay you which we can understand. However, they have "forgot" to pay us two times already but they are very quick to take their fees out every month. We pay thousands a month in service fees but they "forget" to pay us for $80 reimbursements... But I guess that's how all insurance companies work and make money... They take your money for insurance but they "forget" to pay out on claims. *Update* If you have any customer service issues regarding payment, they send a generic email and don't bother to answer their phone calls. They will service your issue and then ask you to update your review but then 3 months, down the road, they "forget" to pay you again. This is ridiculous. You literally have to hound them to get paid.
