I would give them 5 stars but their 4% guarantee I think is entirely to high. It shouldnt be more than 2-3%. When you have such big orders like we do it takes a huge toll and its NOT a write off. I wish it was but there is no way around that. I used them alot when I was with bigcommerce but up to recently I had to stop doing the daily every order submission just because of shopify fraud detection rules

I have yet to leave an app review since I started my store in November 2014, but my experience has been so great so far that I feel this app deserves our recognition. We do not have enough fraud orders to use a monthly paid service, but the ability to submit orders as needed for review has been tremendously reassuring thus far. The customer service is extremely helpful as well. I definitely recommend to any businesses that wants an affordable way to confirm the legitimacy of its orders!

This app is a must have for any ecommerce website. They are the most sophisticated fraud detection service provider out there. Beyond their easy to use platform, they have superb customer service, very prompt. If there was a sixth star to give in the reviews option, they would deserve. Customer for Life!

Signifyd helped us catch fraudulent orders, which we promptly refunded and declined. This is one service that we definitely think is worth the money since it gives us peace of mind when shipping (especially internationally). We haven't had to file any claims yet, so we can't really rate how that process is yet.

One of the better shopify apps in my opinion. The support has been incredible and they really work with you to find a solution that works for your business. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak with someone right away. From what I have seen in the 3 months we have been a member the service just gets better with new features added often. Highly recommend for anyone with fraud concerns or large order volume. The app pays for itself in just the time it took our staff to manually verify 5-10 suspected fraud orders daily, not to mention these are guaranteed as opposed to our "educated guesses" on what to approve.

After long collaboration and business, the team Signifyd has stopped from providing their services and to protect our Shopify shop from fraud. We have requested help to cover losses from an order with more than $3000 but what we got back was a suspended account. Final conclusion, if you need Chargeback cover for small payments, Signifyd is for you, if you are dealing with big payments keep looking for other Chargeback Protection application.

Not sure what to rate this app yet as we haven't receive any orders yet. 5 stars for now. P.S. Their customer support is a bit slow when we asked them for the free plan.

Having just recently launched an online and the fear of dealing with PayPal, I had to come up with a solution of accepting card payments, knowing which orders was legitimate, and which orders are fraudulent. Sounds easy right, as shopifys built in system detects if an order is Low, Medium or High Risk, although this feature by Shopify is handy, its not at all as accurate as it needs to be. The application makes all the decisions for you, you don't need to take risks and decide if you should fulfil and order or not. Signifyd guarantees all orders that have the green go ahead badge, if Signifyd spot fraud, which they seem to do a very good job at detecting, they will but a red badge next to the order, meaning that they won't guarantee the order for protection if you still decide to go ahead with it. We have been using Signifyd for almost a year but just switched over to the the "submit every order for guarantee" plan because it's become painfully obvious that these guys are the best at what they do. We have extremely high average selling prices due to the nature of our business, so if it works in our case, I can't imagine a store where Signifyd doesn't bring tremendous value. You should definitely try this out ASAP because the learning curve is incredibly easy and their developers have been really responsive in making UI changes to help us understand the tool even better. If we ever switched away from Shopify, this is the only app we'd absolutely have to take with us--it's that good.

Absolutely the best 'insurance' you can have for your online store. I've been using Riskified for a long time, but they sometimes don't pay you for some of the guaranteed(approved) orders. With Signifyd, I've never had the same issue. If any problem happens, I get paid from the team the next day or so. I would definitely recommend this app to all Shopify merchants.

This app gives great peace of mind, and another layer of protection over Shopify's basic fraud meter. They offer your first "guarantee" free, and I took advantage of it last night. We're a new store (barely open a month), and we had our first "medium" on Shopify's fraud meter. I used the guarantee feature and it was approved almost instantly. The point system they use provides a lot more detail into what could be a fraudulent transaction so you can be more informed. And now that 500 transactions are free per month, you have no reason NOT to try out this app.

Lots of great data points for making a decision whether to accept or deny, and if you aren't sure submit it for insurance for a reasonable percentage of the order. I have used Cybersource's Decision Manager and Kount in the past before our site was on Shopify. Both were a pain to integrate and had user interface's that look straight out of the early 2000s when they were created. Signifyd has a nice user interface and integration with shopify is as simple as pushing a button.

Feb.16- After leaving this review Signified called me and apologized telling me they were not sure how my emails slipped through the cracks. I can understand how either tech error or human error could cause this so I have amended my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because I do like how this app seems to work. I would advise anyone interested in the app to call their toll free number if you do not get an email response just to be sure. Looks like it could be a useful app and I did install it and their logo on my site and emailed their sales dept. to be put on the bronze plan the same day I signed up (Jan 31). On Feb 4 I emailed them again because I hadn't heard back and again no reply. Received an email Feb 13 my free trial would expire the next day so I emailed again asking to be put on the free plan but still no reply. Today I was locked out of the dashboard with a message to contact them to to get reinstated. Well, I'm sorry but I guess they do not want business from someone who is only going to us the free bronze plan. Thank you for nothing. I'll go elsewhere.

Signifyd is one of the best decision I had after re-opening my online store. Now, I feel much more comfortable selling and I don't need to worry about fraudsters because I know that Signifyd is there to back me up. I tried to sign-up with a different app before but they declined me because they said they couldn't handle digital products. I'm so glad Signifyd is there and accepted me. Signifyd's sales and support team is also amazing. They answer all of my questions patiently and promptly.

This is a NO BRAINER to add this APP to your store, especially because they allow a FREE version as well as then paying for more if you need it. I have found the Support to be excellent, and as I said overall, I feel like when the Consumer sees this LOGO, they feel even safer completing their transaction on my site. WELL DONE GUYS! Signifyd is absolutely fantastic! This is a MUST HAVE app for any businesses, big or small. I've been hit by chargeback and fraudulent orders before so fraud prevention is one of my top priorities in running my online store. They take the guessing game out and do the work for you. I like how they score each transaction so that you can make an educated decision on whether you should process an order or not. The app is a breeze to install and their customer service is excellent! I use their guaranteed payment service on select transactions but thankfully, no chargeback yet ever since I've used this app a few months ago. Super highly recommended!!!

Thank you Signifyd! First off I would like to say that I rarely ever leave reviews, but I couldn't go without in this situation. I have been operating my online store since May of 2014. I had no idea how many people are online to commit fraud, believe me there are plenty! I have tried a few Fraud apps, but hands down Signifyd is the best. With their app it takes all of the guess work out of trying to decipher what's a good transaction or not. It doesn't just give you a simple yes or no or leave you wondering. You can proceed with your business having full confidence. There's a lot of information compiled to assure that you feel safe with completing or not completing the transaction. If you sell high end merchandise or not this beats chargebacks any day. To know that my business can function safely and securely because of Signifyd is a wonderful feeling. I wish that I would've used them sooner. It would've helped tremendously with a lot of headaches I had to deal with in the past.

If I were making recommendations to someone opening a shopify store, I would tell them that signifyd is the first app/service they should implement. For a fee of 1% of each sale, we get the same level of fraud protection that we were paying 8% for on ebay. That's a no-brainer. They also offer a 4% fee a la carte option where you can pick and choose the sales you are concerned about and ask them to guarantee only those. I imagine this would make sense for many shopify stores. And, again, that's only half of the fee that I pay ebay on every single sale for fraud protection! In addition, signifyd offers a ton of free* data about each sale and customer that goes well beyond what shopify and paypal offer: buyer's purchase history on other sites, names of other people/entities at delivery address, etc. Finally, the team at signifyd is excellent. When you email or call them, you get the sense that the person you're speaking to knows exactly what he or she is doing and is generally interested in helping you. A good feeling when you're dealing with something as important as fraud protection. It also feels like a big, professional company, which is a welcome change from some of the other app people I've contacted who seem to manage their shopify app as a hobby or side job. *free as long as you display their badge at the bottom of your site, which they will do for you, and actually looks good at the bottom of your webpage.
