Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.

This App is very easy to use and now I can collect all Q&A in one place, so next customers will be able to read it and get the answer faster. Support team is very helpful, they asked all my questions very quickly. Thank you!

The team at Linelink Online - www.linelink.com.au use this fantastic app for to enhance our online Dash Cam business on the Shopify platform. It is 'set and forget' which makes life much easier and we can get on with selling Dash Cams! Great app!

Update review: After a long trial and careful consideration we found a few negatives with this app. There are some features this app struggles with but for the most part the functionality is a 6 / 10. I will say that on occasion the app has had issues and we were unable to log in yesterday. Response from app dev is typical of free apps, not really excited about resolution, and replies less than 3 words which is not very professional by any standard. I hope this app works for most of you but the clunky layout for us and the limited features along with the "off and on" characteristics make this app a hard sell. Original review: Wizard Patch embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker vests and motorcycle harley davidson hog jackets and corporate logos etc used this app for all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge listings which allows our customers to directly reach out to us on each listing page, great for SEO and also showing other customers that we really care to answer their questions!.https://wizardpatch.com and see the app working for yourself!

Best app we've found for Product Q&A. We had a special request and they coded it for us, free of charge! Highly recommended and does what its supposed to.

I was having trouble getting the App to show on my site. I was worried that a new theme I switched over to had some code that prevented it from showing up. So I asked about this problem on the live chat and went about my morning trying to figure this out. A short while later Amit responded and said they need to insert the code into my theme and could do it in the next 24 hrs. Luckily I figured out where to past the code and got the app to show on my product pages. I ultimately wanted it to appear in it's own tab. I emailed Amit back and said I had it covered. But instead Amit emailed me back and said he installed the code and put it in it's own tab without me asking him for that. Overall I got amazingly fast and friendly service and got more than I asked for. This app is awesome and the people/support behind it are even better!

Looks nice does the job. The only problem is once you publish a question, the question is published forever. If you delete or unpublish the question, the questions still remain visible on your store. I have contacted support 4 or 5 times and they have removed the individual question, but they have not given me a way to do this myself. So anytime I want a question removed I have to wait 1-2 days for someone on their team to manually delete the question for me. Very inconvenient and just doesn't make sense.

A lot of Shopify apps rape into your code and slow down the loading time. we must learn to pick up the best one. 10 left right now, however, 3 apps came from Simprosys. ( Many thanks to Amit and Milan ) Great apps and great support. Highly Recommended.

We have installed this for our webshop www.MaterialSampleShop.com. We had some small corrections to the visual layout, but the guys from Simprosys fixed it amazingly fast.

This app is really great and now I have questions and answers on my Shopify site. Customer support was so helpful, thank you Amit. I wanted the Questions and Answers link to be inline with the Reviews link and Amit sorted it out for me. Have a look at the result on my site. Although I've not yet launched, I felt it important to state how proactive and helpful Amit has been in customizing the look of this app in my store. This is an extremely important, and usually painful, task for any Shopify store owner. His willingness to make changes for us has been a huge help. Bravo!

We have been using Product Q&A for a long time, with great success. We then switched our Store's Theme. We contacted Simprosys InfoMedia and they immediately made our new Theme work just as well, if not better, than our previous Theme. Highly recommended, excellent product and service. Amit was very quick with answering questions and even had it installed onto my store within a few hours. Already had questions asked so this was a huge addition added to my site and I wished I had done it earlier.

I found out about this app when it was listed as a recommended app on my Shopify store home page. Since I occasionally get questions from potential customers by phone about one of my products, I knew this app would be helpful both to my customers and my SEO. After installation, I was not happy with the size of the "Ask a Question" button in relation to my "Add to Cart" button, but could not figure out how to change it. I sent an email to [email protected]. Mr Jivani responded and was able to change it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this app.

Really impressed with this app. We stock some technical products and have had three usage questions already - now published on the site. Great for new content.

We've just installed the app and the process was pretty simple. Amit helped placing the "Ask a Question" button where we wanted on the product page promptly. We also just had a question from one of our customers and the process of answering & publishing the answer was smooth, no problem. Thank you Simprosys for this great free app. Highly recommend.
