Prompt support. A great app. Been able to answer a few questions that others can see and decide about their purchase. Works perfect for my product and I'm very surprised to see how detailed a customer can get, which is great!

We have tested all of the top Q&A apps, and this is by far the best, in terms of quality and price. Not only is the app awesome, it is backed by highly motivated developers who respond in minutes, and implement changes in days. You can't get any better support than this!

This app is so easy to install. Our customers love this app! The Questions are pouring in every day. It really helps us understand what content is missing in our descriptions and make it easier for our customers. When you answer a question, you can also reply directly to the customer and then post the answer. The content is searchable by google. I'd recommend the pro plan, so you can benefit by their excellent customer service. We used this company for the Google trusted store app too. FANTASTIC!
