We have installed this for our webshop www.MaterialSampleShop.com. We had some small corrections to the visual layout, but the guys from Simprosys fixed it amazingly fast.

Although I've not yet launched, I felt it important to state how proactive and helpful Amit has been in customizing the look of this app in my store. This is an extremely important, and usually painful, task for any Shopify store owner. His willingness to make changes for us has been a huge help. Bravo!

Amit was very quick with answering questions and even had it installed onto my store within a few hours. Already had questions asked so this was a huge addition added to my site and I wished I had done it earlier.

I found out about this app when it was listed as a recommended app on my Shopify store home page. Since I occasionally get questions from potential customers by phone about one of my products, I knew this app would be helpful both to my customers and my SEO. After installation, I was not happy with the size of the "Ask a Question" button in relation to my "Add to Cart" button, but could not figure out how to change it. I sent an email to [email protected]. Mr Jivani responded and was able to change it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this app.

Love the app it makes my product pages more interesting with high-quality customer-generated content. It helps improve trust and conversion too and IS great for SEO. Amazon publishes their customer questions so you should be doing this also.

This is a great app!! I love how easy it is, how it looks, how it will help with customer learning and interaction, and I love the automated email sent when you answer someone's question.

They installed the app for me in my store -- incorrectly and then when I asked for it to be fixed, they wanted to charge me $40 to fix it. Now, I would have installed this app myself, however, their video is really hard to understand. Fortunately, they deleted the app for me when I refused to pay the extra fee. The "Ask a Question" button was sitting on top of the "Add to Cart" button and unacceptable. They refused to fix this for free. Amit then thanked me for my one star review so that "people don't take them as crooked up reviews" He wrote me in an e-mail, "I am glad, I did not provide free customization of other app to the people like you who want everything for free despite knowing that opposite person puts his or her time and resources which have their own costs... " I have no idea what this means. The company offered to help me, all I asked was them to fix the "Ask a Question" button, which they installed, and then wanted $40 to fix.

Very impressed by this app so far. It's super easy to install and customise. On top of that, it helps to reduce calls and also helps boost SEO by having additional on page information.

This is one of our favourite apps and customers are actually using it. I am not sure if it helps with seo but if it does, then thats even better. We love that our customers can use this option rather than live chat or calling the main line. Great app ahead of its time!

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day.
