Great support with a set up issue we had. The functionality of the app is great and I can see this will help our customer's get the answers to often repetitive questions and take pressure off our customer service teams. Only been using it a week but it seems very good.

This app is great for building content and saving time answer repetitive product questions. Support is phenomenal. I had a small issue and they were able to resolve quickly.

Works as described - good email notifications, customers actually use it. Had a minor technical bug at one point, I reached out to the developer and they had it fixed within a day. Thank you!

This App is good, we got good service from the team and everything was easy using it. They respond to emails quickly and the fees are low and worthy of the product. If you want to add the Q&A function to your website then this is the App you are looking for. Does exactly what it says on the tin. thank you!

Never realised the need for this app. We now get great insights from the questions asked by site visitors. I strongly recommend this app for any site that has speciality products.

Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.

This App is very easy to use and now I can collect all Q&A in one place, so next customers will be able to read it and get the answer faster. Support team is very helpful, they asked all my questions very quickly. Thank you!

A lot of Shopify apps rape into your code and slow down the loading time. we must learn to pick up the best one. 10 left right now, however, 3 apps came from Simprosys. ( Many thanks to Amit and Milan ) Great apps and great support. Highly Recommended.

We have installed this for our webshop www.MaterialSampleShop.com. We had some small corrections to the visual layout, but the guys from Simprosys fixed it amazingly fast.

Although I've not yet launched, I felt it important to state how proactive and helpful Amit has been in customizing the look of this app in my store. This is an extremely important, and usually painful, task for any Shopify store owner. His willingness to make changes for us has been a huge help. Bravo!
