Very responsive support and help with some custom coding to make the variants work for our store. Setup on these apps is the hardest part and poor support is the main reason we quickly uninstall. That was not the case here.

This app has been very helpful for our store. The way it displays a bundle to a customer but breaks it down to the actual items for the order has made shipping a breeze. Support has also been excellent. Would highly recommend

We love this app for creating complex bundles outside of our internal inventory system. In our industry, the ability to create specific bundles with 20+ different colorways is incredibly helpful. The customer service team is attentive even on the free plan, and the ux is intuitive & easy to use even for someone who has less experience with e-commerce programs.

Simple Bundles and Kits is an amazing app and really useful for online clothing businesses like mine. The support needs a special mention and the responses are quick and detailed solving all issues. Totally recommended.

Shadia was SUPER helpful getting me set up! I was a bad student and didn't take the time to watch the videos first. I emailed her with what I was trying to do and she gave me complete directions right away. Saved me so much time! And the app is perfect for what we want to do. Previously, we were selling bundles without tracking inventory. This app made it super easy to take our existing bundles and connect them with the individual inventory items. Takes literally 30 seconds now to set up any bundle perfectly. I tested it and the inventory tracks correctly. I love it!

Once you get the hang of it, this app is amazing! I'm not marking it down as I think it's very intuitive, I just need a little bit of hand holding sometimes! The customer support team have been incredible. Now that I have lots of bundles set up, I'm excited to see how this supports my sales, but it's already an absolute game changer in terms of tracking my inventory.

We had some struggles with initial setup that were not app bugs in any way, just little things we had to tweak and investigate. Support was amazing. They helped us quickly and with detailed information. We're excited to start testing these live. The only real issue is that the PDP does not display a list of all products included unless you sell them all in multipacks. If you sell as multipacks, each one is listed with buttons to pick color/quantity. However, anything you don't offer in a multipack is not displayed. It'd be nice to have the bundle list the products included prominently. The place where it inserts the multipack selectors would be perfect if it could just list any items that are not multipack too so that customers can see everything included. We'll have to offer multipacks for all products to work around this.

Instale la aplicación y en 2 horas la desinstale porque entra en conflicto con aplicaciones de personalización (probé con 3 diferentes). Lo mas indignante es que cobran solo por probar y ser incompatible. Una aplicación que tiene problemas de compatibilidad debería tener unos días de prueba. LAMENTABLE!!!

En algunos casos, pueden surgir problemas de compatibilidad dependiendo de cómo las apps de personalización interactúan con la página del producto. Saber cuáles aplicaciones estaban involucradas nos ayudaría a investigar y mejorar este comportamiento.
