Simple Bundles & Kits

This is a great app if you're looking for something easy but effective! We tried looking for a good bundle app for a minute and this one seemed to work the best for our business. The communication with customer service has always been helpful and pretty fast. The only thing I would hope for in the future is a way to have phone call chats so it can be easier to get help and explain more complicated things instead of over email. Otherwise this app has been great and its a great price for the return we've gotten through it! :)

I recently used Simple Bundles & Kits and was thoroughly impressed not just with the app’s intuitive design, which makes bundling products effortless, but also with their exceptional support team. The app lives up to its name, offering a straightforward approach to arranging bundles that saved me time and hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their product offerings!

Let me start off by saying the support from the Simple Bundles team has been excellent. They respond very quickly with detailed answers. I’ve flirted with using this app with another store in the past but it was never the right fit for what I needed to do. However, I think I’ve found a good application for it. It’s well suited for when you want to present the user with what looks like multiple options for a product, but in reality is multiple items on the back end that need to map to accounting and inventory integrations. For this it’s quite perfect. The customer experience on the product page is fully native to the theme. All the bundling happens in the cart/checkout and is transparent to the user. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the bundle setup process so that multiple variants can be configured in bulk. For instance if I know that I want up have Items A and B be children of all bundle variants then it would be nice to be able to do that in one selection as opposed to 50.

This app is perfect. I've tried MANY bundles apps, and this was the only one that was simple to use yet, very complete! Selling bundles on our shop is a game changer, and they made it very simple to use.

Good tool to build bundles. The free version is great to understand how it works and test before deciding a monthly paid plan. Support was quick to respond.

The app is five stars because it is very powerful and straightforward to use. I did have to involve the support team to work around an issue I was experiencing with the theme I am using. I notified the team, and they sorted me out within a day. All is working as expected. All up five stars for the app and the support received from this team.

We have a complex product offering, with multiple dynamically-priced and infinite bundles. Whenever I've had trouble with the app, either not working as expected or because I had not properly configured the bundles, I received very professional, helpful and prompt customer service. The team has also gone above and beyond to help me get the look and feel for my bundles, including customised swatches. As with all apps, there are some features that they are still working to improve. The app works well when properly configured, has few limitations, and I am pleased with the bundles I am able to offer customers.
