Once you manage to fiddle with all the settings, it is excellent & works extremely well. When I set up my unlimited bundle, it didn't default to online store being active (only POS) so it took a while before I figured out why it didn't show on my website, however their support also emailed me with this solution. Invest some time to get your head around it and ask for help. (Same with all of your Shopify setup) The support you get on this App is outstanding, their customer support staff will reach out to you to help & have send me very clear instructions with some of the tricky parts of this. Certainly hope my bundle packs will sell enough to myself off the free plan :) The support staff certainly put the work in to build customer loyalty & provide a great customer experience. Thankyou!

Great quick customer service from this app. We had an issue, and even though they say it can take up to a day or so to get a response, we received prompt service within minutes. They were able to resolve our issue very quickly. And what makes it even more impressive is we are still on their free plan, although I'm sure if we need more access we will most likely be upgrading to a paid plan.

I tried a few bundling apps before landing on this one, but they were either too complicated to get set up right or didn't do what I needed them to do or customer service wasn't responsive enough or they didn't have a nice looking, customizable user interface. This app does what I need it to do and is easy to set up and looks good from the shopper's point of view too. Customer support is also very responsive.

The Simple Bundles & Kits Customer Support was very quick to respond and helpful. Our distribution center needed to use it instead of the Shopify bundles and we've all been happy with it thus far - 2nd review - after writing their customer service for support - so helpful and found a custom work around for us - thank you!! 3rd review - again had a customer support question and was answered so quickly with a great solution - thanks!

We have had so many problems in the paste finding a bundling app that works for our apparel ecommerce store but simple bundles truly is simple and their support team is amazing and very quick at replying! I highly recommend this app:)

The app fits our needs perfectly. We make silk floral hanging baskets in our store, and this app updates the indivudual inventory quantities while being easy to use!
