I'm a big fan of this app. It helped me enable a really particular product assortment while keeping my inventory accurate. The support experience is some of the best I've had—super quick responses and it feels like they're actually invested in resolving any issues you may have. It's refreshing in a world of AI chatbots and Big Tech slop.

This app has worked great for us over the last year. Recently we found some new features that we love. However, there was something we needed a little different. I submitted a request and they solved our issue immediately! We highly recommend this app for helping with bundles and their support is excellent!

This company has one of the best customer support departments I've ever dealt with. No matter who answered my emails (and there were several people), I never had to re-explain my case, they all knew exactly what was going on. The replies were lighting fast, always same-day and often within a few hours. If the question was ever slightly complicated, they would come back with a walk-through screen capture video, made specifically for my case. Everything was crystal clear, and very well-explained, and everyone was extremely polite and knowledgable. Every email I recieved back answered my question perfectly... and some of my questions were quite elaborate. I'm not sure who does their hiring, but they can certainly coach other companies on customer-support how-to's. The app itself works extremely well. If you're new to the concept like we were, it takes a bit of time to wrap your head around how to set things up. But once it clicks, it makes perfect sense. Shopify's back end makes it a bit challenging to keep things organized, but that's on them and not Simple Bundles. Big thank-you to their team, and I highly recommend them along with their app, for anyone who needs to track products in all kinds of bundles!

Such a great app for our business as we bundle everything on our site. We've faced some technical difficulties and Cherry with the support team got back immediately and solved our issue. Such a great app and highly recommend!

We initially faced some challenges getting Simple Bundles to work seamlessly with our fairly complex setup and multiple integrations. Our requirements involve advanced configurations across several systems and apps, which naturally adds complexity. However, the difference has truly been the support team. They didn’t just respond, they stayed with us through the entire process, troubleshooting, adjusting, testing, and refining the setup until everything worked exactly as it should. The issues that previously held us back have now been fully resolved, and the solution is running smoothly across markets, currencies, and custom workflows. A very special thank you to George, who has been absolutely incredible throughout this journey. His patience, technical knowledge, and commitment to finding the right solution have been invaluable. That level of support is rare. Outstanding support and a team that genuinely cares about making things work. Highly recommended.
