This is a solid app. Customer support (Cherry) is very responsive and helpful. I was in the process of migrating and customizing Shopify's templates when I installed the app and hit a few bumps. They helped me with configuration and stayed with me till it worked the way I needed. Highly recommend.

So far, the app is working perfectly. It's exactly what I needed for bundling different SKUs for bundles and kits. I'll be pushing the limits over the coming weeks, so if I need to report anything different, I will. I actually already came across an issue with how the app interacted with my theme, so I reached out to the team for help. The customer support was prompt and went above and beyond. Basil helped me with something that wasn't even relevant to the app (just to be helpful!)... with that said, I doubt I will have anything to report back, because the team is on top of any issues that come up. Great app, and great support. Highly recommend. I researched many, and even tried a few other apps for bundling, and this is the best.

I am impressed with their customer support. The Co- Founder has gone above and beyond to help me with my specific bundle pre pack situation. I am in the apparel industry and my wholesale business comes pre-pack with different sizes and qty per size. This app has been the only one able to accommodate this. I am so happy with how it is performing! 300% recommend it!

Great UI, great support, works exactly as expected. This offers a special "Separately-priced items" mode that allows bundled items to have custom individual discounts when added as part of a bundle, which is incredibly useful and gives a better customer experience.

Absolutely, no doubt, 100% the best bundles app in shopify. "Simple" is for simple of use, but the features that this app provide are much complex and helpful. We use this app with all of our clients and we will keep using it whenever we need bundles management.

Hands down the best bundles app on Shopify - I have trialed them all and as far as functionality and features go this is by far the best option. The support it very good - Bazil and his team are very helpful and have helped us work out some more complex issues when implementing our inventory management system. Really appreciate their time and effort.

The app is easy to use and the customer service response is very prompt. The low rating is only to warn businesses that use the profit margin and cost of goods sold reports. Every time a bundle is sold, both the cost of the bundle and the cost of the items are reported for cost of good sold and profit margin. Thus, duplicating the numbers and skewing the reports. If you don't use these reports at all, this is an easy and simple app with good customer service.

I've literally been on the verge of crying happy tears while learning about, installing, and implementing this app. It solves so many issues I've had with my inventory management and liberates me from being the only person who understands how to fill every order. Now I can keep real inventory numbers, easily have another person fill orders for me while on vacation and (hopefully) make my upcoming switch to a 3PL much simpler. The cherry on top is that the help files show how thoroughly they've tested and solved issues that are bound to pop up with an app like this.

Excellent app. Works so well. Imports 18,000 lines of data with no delay. Support is 5 star. They helped me create a custom solution to add on to their app's already extensive range of features. Compared to Shopify's own kit app, this is a much more powerful and flexible solution. It's crazy I waited so long to download this app!

Easily the most flexible bundling/kitting app I've come across on Shopify. Interface is very well thought out and the instructions are clear. Support is very helpful and responsive to questions.

It took a little bit for me to get familiar how this apps works, but once you get the concept it is pretty straight forward. Some minor customization might be required if you want certain things not to be shown on the order confirmation or order status page, but they have good/great support articles which describe the necessary steps. Their customer service is also very good & responsive. I decided to go with the paid version of this app and I don't regret it.

This app is great! The presentation and usability is amazing and feels like a native application made by Shopify. I had many concerns, which were all met with a quick responses from their team, who also went above an beyond to ensure I got what I needed. I would recommend this app to anyone, especially if you see your store growing and you need an app that can scale with the growth of your shopify store.

Fantastic bundle app — we initially went through a few apps trying to find the right one that'd do exactly what we wanted and eventually lucked out with Lichen & Basil's Simple Bundles! Not only does it do what we want so 'simple', but they were both so attentive in helping us tweak our shopify store templates to resolve another potential issue down the road that it's been working seamless ever since. Recommend the app to anyone thats looking for complete control of your bundles and including multiples of a product and free items all needing to be tracked.

This app just what we need for our simple skincare bundles. Apart from straightforward bundles, customers are loving the ability to build-your-own-bundle. Support is excellent! Need some help to get our packing slips properly printed for bundles and solution provided within a couple of hours! Highly recommended!

I think once I understand the functionality better, it will be easier to use. I do enjoy how communicative the staff are to assist to resolve any issue.
