I use Simple Bundles & Kits to offer packages that make shopping easy for my customers and the picking and packing simple for my warehouse. It has been working wonderfully! Recently I asked for help from customer service with some programming to remove certain items from the packing slips. They were fast, efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The support for onboarding is second to none. Simple Bundles have thought about the complexity of E-commerce and have worked in what appears to be a seamless way to ad a host of opportunity for sales.

I've used this app to create bundles for apparel (so, with multiple sizes and colours per SKU) - and it works flawlessly. Also: customer service is definitely on-point!

Simple Bundles is a great option to create bundle value packs for merchants not on Shopify Plus. It has been a great addition to our site, supporting us to grow AOV significantly in line with business goals. Their support is fantastic too, very prompt replies and extremely helpful. I have only taken a star off because the way we are using bundles within the app doesn't allow Shopify discounts to apply so I wish that was resolved. Apart from that, highly recommend!

While the app seemingly supports Locations, it's limited in that it deducts inventory from 1 "primary" location vs the location from which the bundle was purchased. This limitation renders it useless for those trying to maintain correct inventory levels at their multiple locations. If that was fixed, this would be a winner but it's unusable as is for our multi location store.

We’ve been using this app for close to a year now and it has been great. Simple easy to use and does it’s job very well. I don’t know how support is because I never had to use them. This should say something at the very least. Highly recommend. Review update: In case you are wondering, the Support provided by Freshly Commerce is superb. For the first time, I need help configuring a new feature and they were responsive and thorough. I received a lightning-fast resolution. Five-stars!!! If we could give more we would!!!

Using this app for bundles has been very helpful. I appreciate the features offered. Their support is quite helpful and responsive. My only complaint would be that there are features that are useful but not available until you contact support, explain your scenario, and then they "enable" them for you. It is not an option to just be on their "beta testing team" or have all the features available to you right off the bat, allowing you to pick and choose the features you really want to use. You have to contact them first, and then get them enabled. Outside of that small issue, their team is great, the app works relatively well, and we've been able to resolve most of the issues we've run into by having them "enable" some sort of backend feature.

I like this app, is good, the support is good, and I have 2 comments. 1.- Support only work via email, I would like this to be also via chat. 2.- Simple Bundles app, I would like it to have discounts for each product and that this also have a start date and end date of the package since these are temporary and have a lifetime. Thank you

We wanted to create an offering of sets in our store and I had the task of going through and researching all the available bundle apps offered on Shopify. After some research, I went ahead with Simple, and damn was this the right choice. Implementing sets was a piece of cake. With the custom import, I was able to get sets up and running in 2 hours. Definitaly check this app out for all your bundle/set related needs.

This is a solid app. Customer support (Cherry) is very responsive and helpful. I was in the process of migrating and customizing Shopify's templates when I installed the app and hit a few bumps. They helped me with configuration and stayed with me till it worked the way I needed. Highly recommend.

So far, the app is working perfectly. It's exactly what I needed for bundling different SKUs for bundles and kits. I'll be pushing the limits over the coming weeks, so if I need to report anything different, I will. I actually already came across an issue with how the app interacted with my theme, so I reached out to the team for help. The customer support was prompt and went above and beyond. Basil helped me with something that wasn't even relevant to the app (just to be helpful!)... with that said, I doubt I will have anything to report back, because the team is on top of any issues that come up. Great app, and great support. Highly recommend. I researched many, and even tried a few other apps for bundling, and this is the best.

I am impressed with their customer support. The Co- Founder has gone above and beyond to help me with my specific bundle pre pack situation. I am in the apparel industry and my wholesale business comes pre-pack with different sizes and qty per size. This app has been the only one able to accommodate this. I am so happy with how it is performing! 300% recommend it!

Great UI, great support, works exactly as expected. This offers a special "Separately-priced items" mode that allows bundled items to have custom individual discounts when added as part of a bundle, which is incredibly useful and gives a better customer experience.

Absolutely, no doubt, 100% the best bundles app in shopify. "Simple" is for simple of use, but the features that this app provide are much complex and helpful. We use this app with all of our clients and we will keep using it whenever we need bundles management.
