We've been using Lucent for a week now, and it's been a great experience so far. The installation process was quick and seamless—special thanks to Varun from the team, who was extremely helpful and prompt in following up and getting everything set up efficiently. It hardly took any time to get started. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially for small businesses like mine. It was an awesome using this app increased our website value using mobile number log in to the customer account. The main thing is extreme support and also instant support for whatever is my changes they will be done as per my requirement. Overall i recommend this app for shopify users.

The app is really helpful especially for Saudi stores as they allow for OTP to be shown on login and registration page and also their ticketing system is fast

The app is good, works well. There is a issue for stores currently that are not on plus plans that cannot enable multipass, you will only be logged in on one device. Other than that the dev & support team is very good.
