This app is very tricky. Its not really $25 a month for bronze. If you drop one 10 track album its going to be more like 33.30 a month. And if you drop lots of music like me that gets problematic fast. And when I contacted shopify for help the reps I got didnt care at all. Insisted I didn't read or it was my fault somehow. Nah I read it carefully. Thats why I only release ONE 10-track album through this to test it out. I feel ripped off. Completely. And tbh i never leave bad reviews. This actually sucks.
Hi, Illumignarly Records – Really sorry to see you had a bad experience here. We charge $24 for a monthly Bronze subscription, which lets you release up to 10 digital albums for which you can sell and add bonus content, and we handle file storage, file delivery, and chart reporting of all sales. Additionally, on our Bronze plan, you can host video, do Live Streams, release NFTs, and launch a Membership program. We also have a free plan, which lets you do most of the same things, just in lower quantities. You’re correct that there are also additional charges. In order to continue supporting all of these features, we also charge a 15% transaction fee on sales of digital products created with our app. Those fees are noted on our pricing page, but we understand you might have missed them given all of the information listed there. This app's support team is killer! They are quick and super knowledgeable. Not to mention, their Help Center database is fantastic. It's thorough, but still easy to navigate and read through. This app can do way more than you think it can! It has been an integral piece in countless projects for our clients. It's our go-to for SoundScan reporting of course, but we've also had great success using their digital delivery and livestream features.

Single has been able to help us grow the company in the original vision in which it was created. We are developing music as well as film production, and the ability to host, maximize, and control all our content through the Single application has been an incredible benefit to our company and the music studio. Being able to utilize the NFTs and tokengate features has sent our creativity through the roof with anticipation of future projects to come and how we can connect and create a unique experience for every project.

The staff at Single were extremely helpful in making sure we had everything set up correctly for our recent album release. They went above and beyond, even when our request were last minute and complicated. The app itself was extremely easy to setup and navigate, which made it effortless to ensure all of our sales were reported correctly. We will definitely be using Single for future releases and initiatives.

Updating my review. I learned that I had an issue with my router which was blocking their key domains and appeared to be an outage. I appreciate Single's responsiveness over on their Discord and via email. ____ Worked great and was easy to setup. However, the App is not loading now, and their Discord support group is unresponsive. Hope they get the issues resolved.

I've been using Single for their NFT feature for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. The team is amazing, very helpful and sharp! Having the ability to offer NFTs for sale on my Shopify store has been game changing. Their dashboard is easy to use and looks great! The best part about it is Single is constantly working towards making their app even better! I find that extremely valuable when investing time and energy into a Shopify App I plan to make a big part of my model. Whether you want to sell music downloads, video, host live streams or pivot into web3, Single is a great app to use for all the above. Thank you, Single!

Single is wildly helpful in streamlining digital sales and physical reporting. Not to mention that the support really cannot be matched. Our support rep, Christy, and the whole team really, are quick to respond, efficient, and extremely knowledgable of the platform- always lending quick solutions.

I use SingleMusic because they report to Billboard charts. Their support staff answer emails right away and they have loads of features - including NFTs now. So dope.

Fantastic app. Really easy to use and AMAZING support. They also have developer mode which allows you to customise the standard templates! Highly recommend.

At the intersection of perfection and delight lies Single Music, the, pun intended, single greatest app to happen to music since the Fender Twin. Their customer service team (shoutout Elijah, Tyler, and Tommy) is so unprecedentedly kind and patient you'd think they were kindergarten teachers and they've enabled such inordinate financial growth so we don't have to be kindergarten teachers. If you want to revolutionize your business go with Single.

It was awesome to work with Single Music for our annual Dear Jack Benefit charity concert. It was the first time we've ever livestreamed this event and it could not have gone any better. Single makes it clean and easy for fans to tune in and experience the show, and being able to host it directly from our website and offer exclusive event merchandise was a huge deal. It's a solid livestream platform and they know exactly what they are doing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Michael, This is now our third digital release with you and I cannot express enough how beautiful the interface is. Not only is it user-friendly, but the integration with our backend is just flawless. Working with your team has reduced our setup time with digital download content management and releases by 80%. Furthermore, we are not encountering nearly as many questions or hurdles from major labels / distributors. As you are well aware, Q4 is just an explosion of sales and promotions, but with SOPs your team has in place, we have found working with Single for downloads, livestreams, and reporting; quite beneficial and seamless.
