The setup was incredibly easy and smooth. The Skio team was not only kind but also super helpful and talented. We’re so excited to have subscriptions live and can’t wait to see how they help us grow! So far, the integration with Shopify, customer experience, and automation have all been seamless.

The best there is. Having moved from another subscription app, Skio is incomparable. The best service we've ever received from a software company (Sandro has been a true gent and is genuinely top tier). We've seen subscriptions rise dramatically since being with Skio thanks to their numerous best-in-class features (cancellation flow, bespoke journeys and quick action links spring to mind). We constantly feel supported and know we're in good hands. Keep up the incredible work!

We recently made the switch from Recharge to Skio, and the migration process was incredibly smooth and completely seamless, thanks to the amazing Skio team. Chris and Kobi handled every aspect of the transition with such attentiveness and expertise, and were highly communicative from start to finish. We felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Our Merchant Success Manager, D'Tanga, has also been a fantastic resource. We are already so happy with Skio—the platform is significantly more user-friendly, requires less customization, and its amazing out-of-the-box features are a huge win for our business. Highly recommend!

We moved to Skio (from Recharge) 18 months ago and have found Skio to be a fantastic partner both in terms of their technology platform as well as their strategic guidance/services team. Their platform is tightly integrated into Shopify, leads the industry in key features supporting subscription retention, maximizing AOV, and minimizing cancellation due to payment method expiration. We have experienced ongoing performance improvement against our KPIs quarter after quarter as we adopt additional Skio features. Special shout-out to Skio for enabling and incentivizing consumers to add second payment methods. Well done!

We’ve had such a great experience working with SKIO. They’ve made managing our subscription program effortless from strategy through to execution. Sandro has been so helpful in our strategy sessions helping us to grow and optimise performance. The Migration team is excellent they were so helpful through the whole process.

We moved from BOLD to SKIO and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service and support are genuinely amazing—fast, proactive, and solutions-focused. Any small snag was resolved quickly, and the migration from BOLD was truly seamless. The app itself is packed with features, and the customer portal is outstanding: intuitive for customers and simple for our team to manage. Yes, SKIO is more expensive than other subscription apps, but we can justify the extra expense because the thoughtful features and polish will ultimately drive more sales and retention. Their responsiveness is brilliant. If you’re inexperienced with coding or anything technical, the SKIO team are so professional and knowledgeable—they’ll either action the fix for you or provide an “idiot’s guide” that makes it easy. We say this with little hesitation: the SKIO app is amazing and the team are absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend it.

We’ve gone through three different subscription software migrations, and Skio has been by far the best, easiest, and smoothest experience we’ve had. From onboarding to launch, the process was incredibly well-managed and efficient. Their team is smart, responsive, and clearly understands the pain points that brands face with subscriptions. Post migration, we’ve been really impressed with Skio’s feature set and roadmap. They offer functionality we couldn’t get with other software's, and they’re constantly improving. Compared to other platforms we evaluated, Skio stood out as the most robust, agile, and forward-thinking. We’re excited about what’s ahead and confident we’ve partnered with the right team for the long haul. Highly recommend!

We used Recharge a few years ago but encountered several issues. That’s when we had the opportunity to connect with Kennan (Skio’s founder), who helped us migrate to Skio. Given our unique setup, the process involved many steps, but his team was incredibly responsive and patient throughout—making the transition seamless. What stood out to us was Skio’s commitment to real, human communication. Unlike other subscription apps that rely on impersonal ticketing systems, Skio provided direct access to their team—a huge benefit for us. Even as Skio has grown over the years (and as one of their smaller brands), their customer service has remained exceptional. From day one, we’ve felt valued, and whenever issues arise, we know their team will work with us to resolve them—like a true partnership. Their platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and it’s become one of our most essential apps. We’re so glad we made the switch. If you’re looking for a subscription app that’s easy to use and backed by an outstanding team, I highly recommend Skio.
