Skio has been a great team & service to work with for supporting our subscription needs on Shopify. They offer a lot of features we didn't previously have (Analytics and automatic Dunning, for examples). They have excellent analytics tools, many APIs for integration in our own Customer Portal and have been quick to respond to our needs.

Atul at Skio provided absolutely amazing customer service, going above and beyond my expectations. He was able to help me set up automations & a new selling plan for our current promotion. Very fast response time and provided all the information necessary to feel confident in launching our new promotion. Thanks team!

Perfect experience with Skio! Great software that is very easy to use and lots of support onboarding. It has integrated perfectly into our Shopify store and Klaviyo flows. Customer experience is great and our new signups began to increase immediately. Backstory on why we ended up with Skio... Our store has run a subscription for a few years, but we needed to migrate from our outdated platform. Our subscription has an unusual setup, and when I talked to everyone else to find out if we'd be compatible - they ran through their sales pitch and basically said, just change your model to align with how we work. Skio took the time to understand what we were doing, and brainstormed how we could use their tools (which are thorough, intuitive, and very flexible) to accomplish our particular subscription goals. Our move to Skio has by far been the best platform move we've ever done. They have an excellent onboarding process and go above and beyond to support the customer during onboarding. They didn't have an integration with our ESP, but they created the integration just for us (Cordial). They also wrote a custom import to import data from a subscription provider that they hadn't interfaced with before (Subscribe Pro). They were responsive to bug reports and they also delayed our billing since our move to Shopify was running late. I'm leaving out a lot more, but in summary, they go above and beyond for their customer.

What I love about working with SKIO is that they have a great Support Team. Sandro and all of the customer success team members we have worked with go above and beyond to actually dive into our numbers, proactively recommend solutions, and bring examples to the table. We feel that our success is indicative of their success, and we are all working towards the same goal. I fully recommend SKIO and the platform.

We only recently started with SKIO after trying two competitors and realizing that this year (2024) SKIO had caught up with a number of functionalities that are both essential for our customers and in fact did cause substantial difficulties on the competitors' platforms. Migration went super smooth and we are excited to fully launch all functionalities now.

If you're looking for a Shopify subscription platform, Skio is the one. We migrated across to them from Recharge and the process was seamless. Their attention to detail and assistance throughout the migration was second to none and we've been very impressed with their service since then. Also, their analytics are far superior to the other platforms out there, making it easy to really dig into the details.

Skio is one of my favorite vendors to work with. My rep (Sandro) is always available for questions, offers optimizations, and offered additional calls when I needed help. I haven't used any other subscription platforms, and don't need to look for any other options! We've seen a huge increase in subscription revenue in my first month.

We just migrated to Skio, away from Recharge, and we're very impressed with the product and the team behind it. They've responded to all our problems promptly and been very personable too. That said, "all our problems" is not that many, because the platform works so smoothly! Everything's more straightforward and user-friendly both for our team and our customers, so we are very happy. Thanks particularly to Josiah and Ben for their help in setting us up & troubleshooting our concerns afterwards!

Love skio! Shoutout to Kobi and the migration team for sticking with us and making it a painless migration! Everything made managing our Brush Club subscribers much easier. Their portal is easy to navigate, and they offer tons of seamless integrations, enhancing our subscriber experience significantly. We've tried many other subscription apps, and nothing compares to the level of care skio has put into its platform. In my eyes, skio is living up to its tagline: "Sell subscriptions without ripping your hair out."

I migrated over from recharge. The team at recharge was non existent. Skios team is amazing, helped us migrate over and set up all the flows. The whole skio widget and portal is so much better. Great app, great team, great service. I can confidently say Skio is the best subscription app on the market

Our team has just completed our second migration with Skio, this time from Woocommerce to Shopify. It was no easy feat, but Skio's 100% white glove approach made the process seamless. We highly recommend them as a partner and would like to give a shout-out to Christian, Karl, and Aidan for their invaluable help! The new platform is great, and our customers are very happy with the portal. Moreover, the admin portal provides our team with a multitude of tools that we didn't have before.
