SKU IQ is very user friendly and they have a great support team that helps you get connected with your Shopify Store. They are always willing to help. I highly recommend if you want to connect your Shopify store to TikTok Shop!

I've been using SKUIQ for almost a year and I must say that I'm really glad I found this service. I use Square for my Point of Service Sales and SkuIQ help keep my Inventory on point between Shopify and Square. They are literally the middle man that helps connect both sites together. The sync not working, app update instructions are vague and skuIQ support is slow to respond. But they are happy to increase my billing tier and charge me regularly.

App is easy to use and the support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. This app is a life saver as the tiktok shop is a horrible experience but with skuiq linked to shopify app it makes selling on tiktok so easy. Highly Recommended!

So far so good, I had a hiccup yesterday when I first tried to install it (because of their dashboard going down) so I freaked out and uninstalled it then tried again today and got on support and in about 20 minutes all of my products were in and I was rolling! Support was super helpful, and I will note, I have tried about 3 others so far and had nothing but issues and LOTS of time wasted, so this was wonderful end result for me.

Too many issues and not much help. Syncing not working, takes forever to get an email back, only advice given is I have to create a different account because syncing wasn't working.

Used SKU IQ to connect to my TikTok Shop. There's only a few apps that can do this and I tried all of them. SKU IQ is definitely the best. Really good instructional videos and you can even setup a meeting where they go over the setup with you. Insane customer support. Highly recommend.

Sku IQ has been such a great software for our small business. It syncs all of our information from our Shopify online store to our Square in-store POS system. Their customer service is AMAZING. You can rarely find an actual person to assist with so many software platforms, but we always have quick responses that are beyond helpful. We realized we connected the location to the incorrect spot with all of our items (a big oops on our end) and they are helping us shift over the location for items so quantities sync correctly again. Next level customer service. So grateful for this product helping us make the next step with our business.

Their customers service is NEXT LEVEL amazing. Its not a common ting anymore and having them be so on top of things and have such urgency as if it was their own business they were helping is truly amazing. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and efficiently - and most important - easily!
