The customer service is top tier! Teshanie was so helpful. Understood what I needed to do, got right to the point and explained everything very thoroughly. She also got everything I needed to have done taken care of! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly!

Great support team. Jorge was very helpful with my initial setup with lightspeed retail. The app works wonderfully once everything is linked. Order and inventory syncing is super quick. Names/prices take a little longer but still quick. The only downfall in my experience is that they dont map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so i cant really sync my orders or i get a bunch of duplicate customer profiles in LS. Without order syncing, i then miss out on all the reporting i need for item sales in LS which i rely on for purchasing. So, while i totally recommend this app, just be aware of those things if you're using Lightspeed. Unfortunately i will have to look for alternative solutions but if the customer data can be mapped in the future i might be back!

So, we were a little nervous about finding a solution to linking our shopify and vend systems, but we reached the point of growth where we had to shoot or scoot, so we picked SKUIQ. I've been shocked by how helpful and kind the support people are, and also shocked by how (relatively) easy to understand their methodology is. Anyone who's been around this block a few times knows that backend inventory systems tend to use a lot of jargon and expect you to think like a either a robot or an alien, SKUIQ sticks to plain english. Really happy with this system, really happy with how well things are working, excited to grow with SKUIQ and their team :)

SKU IQ works perfectly, is easy to use, and the tutorials are helpful. Their customer service is prompt and professional . We wasted a lot of time and money on other inventory integration platforms that were less intuitive, more expensive and lead to canceled sales. We are so glad that we found SKU IQ.

I would definitely recommend this app to others as it has helped me link my inventory from clover to Shopify. This was the service I was looking for and it's the service I got. Customer service is very helpful and comes in handy quite a bit.

I used this app to connect my Clover app to my Shopify store. Works perfectly. Great software to synchronize your products. Amazing customer service especially with Teshanie.

Using the SKU IQ app has allowed me to sync Shopify with our in-store POS Square account which is just what we needed. Each order coming through Square is also automatically tagged on Shopify, making it easy to differentiate between the two order channels. The team/support are also fantastic. I am by no means a professional, but their support was able to walk me through the minor issues I had with setting up.

I run a store with 1000s of products. This app has really helped me. I am using Shopify and I am synching it with the Square register. I have received good customer support. I highly recommend it.

This app hardly works. Images don't sync and customer service is really really SLOW. Do not recommend. Answers to issues take about 15 hours!
