My customers and I have benefitted greatly from the convenience of Sky Pilot's delivery system, and I would recommend it. I did recently run into a problem with the layout that caused some customers to be unable to click a download link, but when I chatted with Nitesh in customer service, he was able to resolve my issue in a few minutes by editing my CSS. Very happy with their service and the app overall.

I have tried other digital download apps and this is by far the best you can get for free. Danko helped me with configuring the download button on the thank you page and was prompt in doing so. If ever I encounter problems in the future I know their CS will respond fast which is great! :)

Nitesh was amazingly helpful with resolving a small issue I was having with storage limits. Plugin seems to work very well.

The app works well for us so far, and has all the features we have had a need for. I mostly decided to leave a review to say how helpful their customer service has been. I have reached out three times and all three times they were wuick to respond, polite and very helpful. Would reccommend.

Skypilot is a huge asset to my digital design business. Any time that I have needed assistance, Skypilot customer service has always helped until the issue is resolved. Nitesh was knowledgeable and helpful in problem solving and resolving my issue very quickly.

After trying a couple different options on Shopify, Sky Pilot is definitely the best downloads app for my business. Nitesh helped set up my digital library exactly how I wanted it and he was great at explaining parts I didn’t understand. I give five stars for customer service (quick and knowledgeable) and five stars for Sky Pilot having the features I need.
