The best app for digital downloads in my opinion. Fair pricing, lot of options and most of all an unbelievable support team.

Sky pilot is a fantastic app that does exactly what is says. Customizable for downloads, simple to use and a very easy back-end. Support is brilliant. I run a solely digital store and have used Sky Pilot to deliver my customers digital downloads for several years now.

I have been using this app for over a year now and it has been a life saver for us. It has made the distribution of our digital product extremely simply at an affordable cost. The team at Sky Pilot are great, they respond very quickly and are more than willing to assist with any request you may have. I can see myself continuing to use this app for a long time.

Been using this app for a while now to deliver digital products to customer accounts and it works well for that. I wanted to use SkyPilot with another app but was getting hung up on some technical details so I reached out to support, who put me in contact with the manager, Alessandro. He reached out to the developer of the other app, explained the issue we were having with getting the apps to work together, and looped me in so all three of us could communicate easily. Alessandro exceeded expectations and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

I don't know what I would do without Skypilot. It is by far the simplest way to deliver digital products to my buyers. I also love that they email me warnings about buyers who have accessed the file more than a certain amount of times, so I can investigate further. It also takes me seconds to attach products to my listings, making the process of listing new things a breeze! Great customer service as well...they respond to questions in minutes! Highly recommend!

Sky Pilot is an amazing app that we use to give customers PDF copies of their purchases in addition to selling PDF only books. The tool is simple to use, has a great feature set, and their support team is really top notch.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I've used quite a few Shopify apps to enhance my online store, but none have come close to the level of service and customization that this app offers. From the moment I installed it, I knew I was in for something special. The installation process was a breeze, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive. I was able to set up my digital products in no time, making them seamlessly available on my online store. They even have 24/7 support chat which is amazing! What truly sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. They're not just responsive; they're proactive. I had a couple of unique challenges related to my digital products, and not only did the team respond to my queries within minutes, but they also took it upon themselves to code new features specifically to meet my needs! Highly recommend!

I have been with them for over 2 years. I was hesitant at first becuase of the importance of our designs needing to be delivered. I can honestly say that I have had no problems in that time. Just recently this company was purchased by a new owner around October of last year. I have to say the customer service was a great experience today. A special thankyou to Nejla for all the help. This company goes above and beyond and quite frankly puts shopify customer service to shame. I could not be happier with my decision to go with this company and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any serious online business.
