This app is exactly what my business needed! We used to process digital orders manually, and we always thought there HAD to be a better way to do it. Turns out there is a MUCH better way, and that way is Sky Pilot. The set-up process was completely painless. We were able to figure out most of the set-up on our own, and when we had occasional questions for support, they provided quick and exceptional help. When we were getting close to our storage cap, we reached out, and they created a custom plan based on our needs. If you are looking for an excellent system that fulfills digital orders automatically, look no further!

Where do I start? I am new to Shopify and new to Sky Pilot. They could not have been more kind and patient in helping me navigate an issue. Not only that, but Allessandro (manager) noticed that we are a non-profit organization and provided us with a discount to our plan (actually with additional features)! Who does that? Sky Pilot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Sky Pilot is hands down the best app on shopify for digital downloads! WAY better than the Digital Downloads crap app. I HIGHLY recommend!

This app is easy to set up, and I've received the BEST customer service even though I'm still only on the free plan. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent service and support. Look here, before you start your webshop journey! I was searching for a way to automatically "Stamp" my physical Giftcards - with relevant reference numbers. I couldn't find any solution, so I wrote on the forums. Within a few minutes, Alessandro from Sky Pilot commented and told me about their service. He provided a free call and explained everything. Turned out, this was exactly what I was looking for! I recommend.

Powerful, and easy to use Shopify App for digital contents. It's secured, and pumping out feature updates quick. Also with highest tier, it has ability to self host your file in your own AWS S3 Bucket, and CloudFront CDN. If you encounter any issues, you can contact support and they will respond promptly. OMG! a God send! For well over 10 years I have been looking for a good digital platform to efficiently and easily deliver my hypnosis instant downloads to customers! Every year I have looked back in the Shopify App store to see if there was anything good or better then what I had been using. Just found Sky Pilot and am in HEAVEN!! It is SUPER user friendly, EASY to use, QUICK to set up, and EVERYTHING I have been wanting for my customers' experiences! So much weight is off my shoulders! We came to Shopify from elsewhere with a thousands of videos and digital assets in need of a new home. After kicking the tires on several apps, we found that SkyPilot met our needs. What's far more important is how the SkyPilot team worked hard to get us up and running. The ongoing support -- as demanding as we can be -- is a true constant. This is the type of company that sees their customers as a resource and not a burden. I recommend them w/o reservation.

SkyPilot has been fantastic! As a digital download business, we were worried about the transition of downloads from Woocommerce and WordPress to Shopify. Alessandro and the Sky Pilot team made the transition process smooth and solved many of our pain points while creating a new site. The Sky Pilot team has gone above and beyond to ensure my team understood their app's inner workings and how to use it better. I haven't been using Sky Pilot for very long but I did have to contact the service department for more explicit instructions on how to use the platform properly so that all my digital files would reach my customers without any hitch. The service that I received was very professional, very helpful yet very friendly. This is exactly what I'm looking for when contacting a service department for help. I was 100% satisfied and very confident that the process of adding digital files to my shop would work without any problems. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
