This app was exactly what we were looking for when we built our online store. We offer online courses that include streaming video and downloadable documents. It was easy to set up with great features inside the app. When we've needed to reach out for support, we've experienced quick and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Sky Pilot.

The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require. The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug. I recommend Sky Pilot to all individuals looking for digital content delivery upon customer purchase.

Sky pilot is awesome to work with! They deliver our digital downloads flawlessly, and integrate with customer accounts so that our customers can login and see a full list of their past purchases. Our last digital download delivery app could not do this, and it makes for a much better customer experience. Highly recommend sky pilot if you sell digital downloads.

I was a total newbie, and this app was very easy to use. I had some "user error" problems early on and they were super helpful and very fast replying to me. I highly recommend Sky Pilot

I can not say enough GOOD about this app! I was having an issue and went to the chat section, within mins the tech explained exactly what I needed to do in order to free up more space! Fixed the issue immediately I recommend this for anyone who uses digital downloads.. 100% satisfied Linda

Die App funktioniert wie es soll, und bei Probleme ist man bei dem Kundenservice sehr gut aufgehoben und es wird einem sehr schnell geholfen! Auch bei Vorschläge und Verbesserungen wird ganz schnell reagiert - innerhalb einer Woche wurde ein neuer Button mit "Produkt bereits erworben" implementiert! Mehr Kundensupport und -offenheit kann man nicht erwarten!

I needed a fast app that would let me move forward quickly to restore a site I had taken a sabbatical from and upon return, the digital file product links were all stripped. SkyPilot IS IT. I was able to upload all my files and spend time with many products in restoring them for my customers and on the first day, my customers returned to shop. That's how well this APP works! Customer Service is excellent and always ready to help. Thank you SkyPilot!

Recently I have contacted the customer support. He has helped us quickly and completely. I am satisfied enough.

This app is PERFECT for all digital businesses. The interface is simple and very smooth. Don't hesitate when it comes to purchasing one of the plans, because let me tell you - it's worth it. They also have the best customer service and when I need help on either big or small things, they were able to assist in every way. I have been using the SkyPilot app for a few months now and it is very user-friendly. I also like that I can customize the emails a bit. Overall I think it’s a great app for offering digital content with your products on your store. Hopefully they will add more features in the future but it suits our needs perfectly at this time.

I create and sell digital machine embroidery designs and cut files, so I need a good download app. I switched to Sky Pilot, on the recommendation of a friend who also uses SP on her site, after my website 'exploded' (in a bad way) while using another company's app. Not only was I able to fix the download issues on my site, but I was able to load over 2000 previous purchases back into my customer's accounts! the UI is super simple to navigate, and tech support is amazing! I should have started off with Sky Pilot 3 years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of hassle over this past weekend. If you sell ANY sort of digital files, you NEED Sky Pilot.

I absolutely love Sky Pilot for my digital file delivery to my customers. The improvements that Sky Pilot has made since I started using it have made my tasks of uploading files so much easier. My customers also love how they can now search their digital library. Thank you Sky Pilot for listening to our requests!!

I use this app for managing and storing digital downloads. The new update is great. It now even allows you to find orphaned products that have no files attached to them. No more embarrassing messages to or from customers about not being able to access files that you "swore" you uploaded. Since we all make mistakes this feature alone is a life saver. The integration into shopify is also amazing. Thank You Sky Pilot Team!

I sell digital content, designs to load onto electronic sewing machines. My customers have been asking if they can download designs they purchased previously. I installed Sky Pilot for this purpose. It is SO easy to use and it does exactly what I want it to DO. In addition, the support group has been so incredibly responsive. (I didn't need much support, the app is so easy to use, but when I did need it... the support was perfect.) I was so happy to find that in addition to my original goal with Sky Pilot, I found that I could use the Sky Pilot Video Integration to make my tutorials easily available to customers. What a score. This is absolutely the best app I have used with Shopify. Thank you to everyone at Sky Pilot.

I could have sworn I had written this already, so I'm doing it now. Sky Pilot is by far the most important tool in our kit. We deliver 1000's of digital products each month, and we'd have a heck of a time doing it without Sky Pilot. It is so simple to create the product and add the attachments. We use this product all the time to do pre-sales. Adding attachments to a product after a sale give all the customers who purchased access to those videos, not just the ones who order after a change. Integration is tight with our store and they're support is fantastic. They've been able to help us with our issues, even pointing us in the right direction with other apps that were conflicting with theirs. If you sell digital products, this is the way to go. Update: They've recently implemented a new administrative backend which has made the system much easier to work with in all cases.
