Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

Sky Pilot has been one of those apps that is easy to take for granted - its always reliable, intuitive to use - I forget its not built right into Shopify. We've never had a problem delivering files. Recently, we skyrocketed our sales volume - and Sky Pilot is a tool that keeps everything running smoothly for us. As I could have expected from this wonderful app, there were 0 struggles or issues that arose from the higher volume. Then I got an email - straight from Andrew himself. I hadn't considered that more volume = wayyyyy more use. He took the time out of his life to contact me and let me know that there was a (much) more cost efficient plan for my usage. Who does that? Blown away - Andrew and his team have set the bar prettttty high for service. Other apps, are you listening? Thanks again for this great, reliable digital download deployer - we use it every day.

This app is brilliant, easy to install and set up, the customer support is five star. I would highly recommend it to anyone that sells downloads.

Great App! It works seamlessly and brings customers back to my store to get their files. I am using it for paid pdf downloads for a weekly newsletter. Support is always fast and right on. I can time when the pdf's will "disappear", revoke access as needed to customers, and get alerts if someone is sharing a bit too much. Very happy with Sky Pilot. Thanks! UPDATE 4/19 Now using Sky Pilot to sell ebooks, videos, images etc. Love this app!

Excellent customer support! I thought I had too much intricacies on my site with what I needed to do, but support got me all squared away on day one! Simply amazed that I am up and running so quickly. A++ would Sky Pilot again.

I would highly recommend this app! Customer service is very responsive to questions even prior to install. Incredibly easy integration that you likely will not need support help even with limited technical experience. Provides file downloads based on storage limits in the app. Provides sellable streaming across multiple product variants in a snap. Literally took less than an hour to read all setup documentation and have first videos working like a charm! Your grandmother could install this app!! (sorry tech savvy grams!)

The best download app we have ever tried (and we've tried a lot of them). Sky Pilot has all the features we have ever needed (bulk uploading, the ability to apply the same download to multiple product variants, the ability to send new updated downloads to customers and notify them, etc.). We highly recommend.

Skypilot is incredible. Does exactly why I need it to do for my online training series. And the customer support kicks ass. Andrew the founder was incredibly generous with his time and patient as he walked me through the set up and integration for my store. 5 stars for Andrew. An app is only as good as its customer support. He's the man. Bottom line, Skypilot is brilliant, well designed, simple to use, highly secure and it'll make u money if you are Selling content. We run a primarily PDF-based business, so digital downloads were a must. Before we settled on Shopify, we looked at a lot of other webstores that had digital downloads built into their offerings. But we don't regret choosing to go with Shopify and Sky Pilot, as this deadly duo has helped us make a truly fantastic store. The volume pricing makes a lot of sense - we're just at the basic level, but we'll be pulling in a lot of sales before we have to upgrade (and, by that point, I won't sweat it so much). The biggest reason I'm sticking with Sky Pilot's chat support has helped me out several times. They've been attentive and quickly solved my problems (both of which were, admittedly, stupid mistakes on my side). Definitely recommended.

Brilliant product! I previously tried 3 other app's for digital downloads, there is no comparison, this one blows the others away. Excellent value for money with useful seamless features that function beautifully. Also as other's have mentioned, it was super easy to set up and the customer service is outstanding.

The best program we've used to deliver our downloadable content. Support has been great in getting it up and running, and making sure our needs have been met. The biggest thing is that our time spent on customer service has dramatically decreased since we switched to Sky Pilot. I highly recommend this App

Excellent App, integrates very well POSITIVES: -downloads are fulfilled automatically whilst still keeping regular products on manual fulfillment (if you've chosen that) -you can set the amount of times a product can be downloaded -integrates seamlessly into the checkout process -people can download your product directly from your website (using the provided email link) I highly recommend this app to anyone starting in digital downloads, takes seconds to signup and seconds to integrate. I am very happy with it.

I spent 3 years and a lot of money developing a website that could sell downloadable products and our website sucked. We recently changed to shopify and this app is ESSENTIAL to sell the products on my website: www.SnowboardAddiction.com The developer is awesome! He has implemented several of the ideas we requested including the ability to stream our videos as well as download them. If you sell downloadable products, get this app. Stoked on this app!

To anyone out there that is after an app to attach files/downloads to a product then we can't speak more highly of this one. The creator is easy to get hold of when needing assistance and also to make changes to the app. Highly recommend this
