I had some issues getting the app set up properly. I contacted the Sky Pilot help team and everything got sorted out right away. So far I like the features and it is working well.

Our live chat button is working, and we’ve confirmed this on our end; support is available 24/7. At the end of August, appointment slots were limited, which is why you couldn’t find availability. That said, you could have emailed us anytime — we would have happily made an exception and scheduled a call at a time that suited you. Segmedina was fantastic, patient and attentive. We work on my issues with more than an hour. Customer service as such is so rare these days. More so my product is about customer service! I would wish I can talk to her any other time. She is also very authentic in her assistance.
