The customer service live chat has been great. The video tutorials for set up and interactive steps to set up are well segmented and forced pauses to ensure backup of themes have been well crafted. So far so good :) We are just waiting to retest page improvements and confident they will be there to assist with further questions. Wir nutzen die App erst seit ein paar Wochen, sind aber komplett begeistert! Ja, der monatliche Preis hat uns zunächst abgehalten, aber jetzt für uns der absolute Game Changer was SEO betrifft. Neues Produkt, neuer Beitrag - kurzer Suchlauf und die Schwachstelle wird aufgezeigt. Easy einzurichten, sehr intuitiv. 100% Empfehlung!

The team at TinySEO are so friendly and helpful. Julie really went out of her way to help and assist me, to fix my issue. Without this type of service, I would of been stuck. 10 out of 10 for TinySEO and 10 out of 10 for Julie's support and customer service.

I am so happy! I worked with Julia to optimize SEO and other items on my website and let me tell you!!! She was AWESOME!!! I am so happy to finally get stuff optimized! I have had the app for about 2 weeks now and have seen a significant increase in my online sales like $500 a day!! But after talking with Julia tonight she maximized everything I was missing from the checklist and I am so psyched to see the upcoming results. Excellente app et excellent support de la part de Martin puis Julia. C’est vraiment très appréciable. J’ai déjà pu optimiser mon nouveau thème et je vais continuer à l’améliorer techniquement et parfaire le SEO grâce aux différents outils proposés par cette app très complète. Un très bon moyen de voir rapidement ce qui n’est pas optimal et de l’améliorer en quelques minutes (puisque l’app est totalement intégrée à la base de données il n’est pas nécessaire d’en sortir pour faire les modifs). Faire la chasse aux apps peu utiles est important pour la rapidité d’un site e-commerce. Mais se passer d’un tel outil serait une erreur
