Great app, and easy to use and wonderful customer service team. Julia was brilliant, helped explain everything really clearly so that I could make the most appropriate decision for my needs. Highly recommend.

I don't typically give reviews but I have to say that I am really enjoying this app so far after using it for almost 2 months! Tiny SEO has been so much easier to use than the previous Seo/Speed Optimizer app that I had been using. Further, the support team's response time to my questions could not be better. Julia in particular has been amazing! Julia goes above and beyond in her response to my questions, providing not only answers but insights as well! I highly recommend the Tiny Seo app especially for newer businesses or those without a whole lot of knowledge on the ins and outs of SEO and Site speed. Thanks again Julia and the entire Tiny SEO Team!

This is a great app that comes with THE BEST customer service. Most recently Martin helped me and got all of my issues sorted out and even took care of some I didn't know I had. I don't have the experience to mess with some of the things that needed fixing, so Martin logged in as a collaborator to my site and just took care of it. Thanks!!!

So far, I have experienced speedy replies with excellent knowledgeable assistance setting this up. I hand never waited more than 5 min for a reply. I am East coast USA and am often working on this at the oddest hours of the night. Not having to wait for my issue to be resolved is priceless! I have worked with Martin and Julia at TinySEO

TinySEO is excellent, but a huge thanks goes to Martin for his support! He was incredibly helpful in cleaning up leftover code on my site from previous deleted apps. He also swiftly fixed some JSON-LD issues caused by another app. Professional and effective—fantastic support!

Julia is an Absolute Hero – Saved Our Business When We Thought All Was Lost! I can't say enough about the incredible support we received from Julia at TinyIMG. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!). We were in full panic mode – our store looked broken, and we had no backups of those original files. It felt like our business was on the brink. That's when Julia stepped in like a true lifesaver. It was 1 AM her time, and she could have easily logged off and gone to bed (she even mentioned she had to wake up early!). Instead, she stayed up, dug into our issue as the lead developer, and personally recovered all our images from TinyIMG's backups. She compiled everything into a detailed Google Sheet, granted full editor access, shared direct links, and even provided her personal email for follow-up. She went so far above and beyond – this wasn't just support; it was selfless, genuine care that restored everything and saved our store. Julia, you are amazing – kind, dedicated, and incredibly skilled. The world needs more people like you! Huge kudos to the entire TinyIMG team for having someone this exceptional on board. This app already optimizes images brilliantly, but the human support elevates it to another level.
