When problems arose, the staff's response was very prompt. Additionally, they also explained to me the reasons for the previous issues. Their work attitude is highly commendable. I also have another store that has replaced other SEO services with their products. Hope it goes smoothly in future use.
We reached out to the merchant to clarify the issue as we never had any similar reports before. Also checked our internal servers, app and response times - everything is operational and fast. The merchant mentioned that they are busy and will get back to us on Monday, so at the moment we are not sure what the issue was. Julia was incredibly helpful today. She helped us clean up our entire structured data setup — disabled the theme's lower-quality JSON-LD, configured TinySEO's Product, Store, Website and Collection markup, and connected the Judge.me integration for review snippets. We went from 1 invalid item in Google's Rich Results Test to 5 valid types and zero errors in a single session.
Diese App ist noch besser als das, was sie verspricht! Ich habe innerhalb weniger Stunden alle SEO-Verbesserungen erledigt, Fotos umgewandelt, sowie Sitemap und LLMs.txt integriert. Obwohl ich schon viel in Richtung SEO gemacht hatte, konnte mich die App sehr übersichtlich dabei unterstützen, meinen Shop noch weiter zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus: Der Kundensupport ist der Wahnsinn! Julia hat mir von ganz alleine noch weitere Stellen empfohlen, an denen ich ansetzen kann. Sie hat meinen Shop ausführlich getestet und wir haben alle Probleme gemeinsam behoben. Außerdem hat sie mir nützliche Artikel zu den Themen Backlinks und Blog-Artikel gesendet.
