I’ve been working with Julia through TinySEO and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The app itself is powerful, intuitive, and has made managing my SEO so much easier. But what really impressed me was the level of personal support. I had a few technical issues and Julia went above and beyond to help — not only resolving the problems quickly, but also taking the time to explain what was happening and why. She gave me clear tips and guidance on improving my organic SEO, site structure, and overall ranking strategy. I learned a lot in the process. It’s rare to find a tool that’s both effective and backed by a team that genuinely cares about their users’ success. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend TinySEO and especially Julia — incredible service, knowledgeable support, and real results.

Excellent Support from Julia! I was having trouble with an on-page SEO function on my Shopify store and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Julia stepped in and quickly resolved the issue for me. Her support was efficient and helpful—she knew exactly what to do and got everything working properly. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Sinceramente o melhor de todos, e olha que testei todos da plataforma, minha loja é um tema de fora da Shopify e usava o AVADA por $34 Mes e naão resolvia nada, dai achei o Tiny SEO e tudo mudou, Rápido, leve e muito eficiente.

This app is super helpful in identifying SEO issues and guiding you on how to fix them. Some issues were tricker to fix than others, but their customer support has been amazing. They helped guide me on fixes and even helped do some fixes on their end. They seem to be invested in the app and are are constantly making improvements. Definitely recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but TinySEO truly deserves it. After posting a new blog, I contacted support to recalculate SEO scores. Julia helped right away — not only recalculating the scores but also noticing our HTML sitemap wasn’t active. She guided me step-by-step (with screenshots), enabled the LLM feature, and even ran a rich result test. She then discovered our Shopify theme’s preinstalled JSON-LD wasn’t aligned with Google’s standards. Since we don’t have a developer, she requested temporary access, created a backup, and personally cleaned up the theme code. Now we have a single, high-quality schema and improved SEO structure. Fantastic tool with even better support — highly recommended!
