So far, I have experienced speedy replies with excellent knowledgeable assistance setting this up. I hand never waited more than 5 min for a reply. I am East coast USA and am often working on this at the oddest hours of the night. Not having to wait for my issue to be resolved is priceless! I have worked with Martin and Julia at TinySEO

TinySEO is excellent, but a huge thanks goes to Martin for his support! He was incredibly helpful in cleaning up leftover code on my site from previous deleted apps. He also swiftly fixed some JSON-LD issues caused by another app. Professional and effective—fantastic support!

Julia is an Absolute Hero – Saved Our Business When We Thought All Was Lost! I can't say enough about the incredible support we received from Julia at TinyIMG. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!). We were in full panic mode – our store looked broken, and we had no backups of those original files. It felt like our business was on the brink. That's when Julia stepped in like a true lifesaver. It was 1 AM her time, and she could have easily logged off and gone to bed (she even mentioned she had to wake up early!). Instead, she stayed up, dug into our issue as the lead developer, and personally recovered all our images from TinyIMG's backups. She compiled everything into a detailed Google Sheet, granted full editor access, shared direct links, and even provided her personal email for follow-up. She went so far above and beyond – this wasn't just support; it was selfless, genuine care that restored everything and saved our store.
