I reached out to their team to make sure all my settings were correct and they found one issue with my JSON-LD they helped me get it fixed. They were super helpful and responded quickly to all my messages!

Tiny SEO has been a strong add to my store. Julia in chat was fantastic. She spotted an issue with my theme’s JSON-LD structured data, explained the impact in plain language, and then fixed it on the spot by replacing the low-quality theme code with their version. That level of proactive help saved me time and headaches. I am still learning everything the app offers, but the image optimization alone is already paying off. I often upload very large product images from RAW edits, and the batch optimization feature trims file sizes fast while keeping them crisp. Page loads feel snappier and the workflow is simple.

I've been using Tiny SEO for a few months and it has definitely streamlined our SEO work. Just today I got some help from Julia, via the Chat function in the app and it went well. I didn't understand what a JSON-LD was and now it's all done!!

Simon went above and beyond to help me with an issue. He was patient, kind, and professional. He located where the problem was and quickly corrected my error. TinySEO is very responsive to issues even after hours.

Ho iniziato a usare Tiny SEO Ottimizzatore con alte aspettative… ma la realtà le ha superate di gran lunga! L’app è intuitiva, potente e davvero efficace: ha migliorato in pochissimo tempo la visibilità del mio ecommerce, aiutandomi a correggere errori SEO critici che altri strumenti nemmeno rilevavano. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Julia. Una professionista straordinaria, rapida, gentile e super competente. Ha risolto in un lampo problemi tecnici che mi bloccavano da giorni, con una disponibilità rara da trovare. Non solo ha sistemato tutto, ma mi ha anche spiegato con chiarezza cosa era successo e come evitarlo in futuro.
