Julia is an Absolute Hero – Saved Our Business When We Thought All Was Lost! I can't say enough about the incredible support we received from Julia at TinyIMG. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!). We were in full panic mode – our store looked broken, and we had no backups of those original files. It felt like our business was on the brink. That's when Julia stepped in like a true lifesaver. It was 1 AM her time, and she could have easily logged off and gone to bed (she even mentioned she had to wake up early!). Instead, she stayed up, dug into our issue as the lead developer, and personally recovered all our images from TinyIMG's backups. She compiled everything into a detailed Google Sheet, granted full editor access, shared direct links, and even provided her personal email for follow-up.
