Just had an amazing session with Julia. She guided me through all the features of the app and helped me make so many improvements. Even when I had no clue how to make the suggested improvements she very kindly requested access to my store so she could do it for me. The app has been working well so far and I'm sure after these improvements I will see results. Can't recommend them enough. One very happy customer.

I can’t yet fully attest yet to how useful the app is, but their customer service has been amazing so far — super responsive, helpful, and honestly really cool to deal with. That alone makes a big difference.

This app is amazing hands down. Martin replied within 5 seconds and helped guide me through a few steps.I recommend this app for anyone with a store. Or for optimizing SEO or images. I've been using TinyIMG for three years! I do not like to leave reviews on Shopify App Store, but I have to for TinyIMG, and it's all thanks to Julia's dedicate help all the time. From the first day I installed the app, I had lots of questions about how to configure the settings and what those different features work for. I'm not a developer, so I am not familiar with those SEO terminologies, but Julia was always there to help. Thanks to her patient and dedicated support, I've learned so much about SEO and clearly know just how valuable TinyIMG really is. It saves me a huge amount of time optimizing large banners, generating meta description, and configuring formatted JSON-LD. In today's chat with Julia about the new features of TinyIMG, I am glad to learn that TinySEO now supports LLMs, which helps AI like ChatGPT to better understand my website. I just set it up! Looking forward to seeing how it improves my website's GEO performance.
