I am blown away by the amazing support I received from Julia. She went above and beyond to sort out what was slowing down my site, spending literally hours to help me. I did not expect such a high level of care and attention and I am just so thankful to her for figuring out and fixing something that I would never have been able to do. Julia was so kind and patient and helpful and is a credit to your organisation – I hope she gets whatever she asks for in her next performance review because she surely deserves it! This app simplifies a lot of the processes for your site. I am a drag and drop kind of guy for the most part. I installed this and ran it and it revealed a lot of things to make my site better. It also tells you how to fix them with very little research. I had it installed for a few days and then I received an email from them saying they noticed a couple of issues with my site.( I had noticed them but did not know how to cure them.) Then they offered to fix them for me and did not charge me a dime! Their support is far and above. Just buy it! You will thank me later.

Guter Service! Auf Nachfrage wurde das LazyLoading im Headerbanner deaktiviert und sogar das bevorzugte Laden eingeschaltet, sodass die Website deutlich schneller ist.

I've just downloaded Tiny SEO Image Optimizer, and so far it is exactly what I was looking for! I needed an app that boosted speed, optimized images and SEO, and added JSON-LD data. It is simple to use, and customer service is excellent.

I came across Tiny SEO and decided to give it a go. And, I'm so glad I did. Apart from the amazing and easy-to-navigate features, the customer service blew me away. Julia was absolutely brilliant. She guided me through the whole process, gave excellent recommendations and even jumped into my store's backend to fix some issues. Thanks, Julia...you are amazing. We just started using this App and are so happy we found TinyIMG! This is very easy to get started. They have a terrific website with support articles to learn from (I'm a beginner) and also a video channel too. However, the best part is the people! Simon contacted me after a few days and alerted me to an issue in my shop I didn't even know about. He diagnosed and fixed it within minutes. So helpful! Now that is customer service! Other Apps should take notice. Thank you TinyIMG!!

Customer support is outstanding. My fledging website is only a few weeks old, yet Tiny SEO reached out by email to inform me I had a small issue. They thoroughly explained the issue and offered to fix it for free. Within a few minutes my problem was resolved in a friendly, and professional manner.

After changing theme, I had a bit of an issue with pictures not publishing on social media posts, so I contacted support and they were more than happy to sort that out for me straight away. I am really happy with the app and the customer support is amazing.
